Solar Hot Water System:- Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Solar water heating system with (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat exchanger type capacity of 100 Liters , with electrical heating back up of 2 KW the hot water tank insulated with 100 mm thick Rock Wool of density 48Kg/CUM the insulation fixed on outside the tank using chicken wire mesh and vapour barrier. On top of the isulation, aluminium cladding with 26 SWG aluminium sheet shall be provided with weather proof joints to prevent any seepage of water/water vapour complete all as specified and as directed.

External Water Supply :- Cutting / Bore the exisiting pipe line of upto 50 dia ( GI / CI ) incliding all fitinings and accessories for taking the Water supply connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of valve chamber of size 900x900x900 mm internal dimension ,6mm thick MS steel cover with 2 Nos MS hinger suitable size welded with angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm thick with lifting hooks and looking arrangement complete with necessary earth work brick work in cm (1:6) ,230 mm thick PCC bed (1:4:8) type D-2 150 mm thick 15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 internal surface complete and external surface of wall up to 300 mm front top and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

External Water Supply :- Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Indoor type, wall mounted (with bolts and nuts) meter cabinet of size 1.5x1.2x0.2mtr and made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front door having glass window for viewing KWH meter and other doors shall be opeque. All door sholud have neaprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (shade : RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY). The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of protection IP 43. The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories:-

(a) Four pole MCCB, 160Amps with breaking capacity of 35KA having adustable thermal and fixed magnetic release. (b) Aluminium bus bars for 3-phase & nuetral of current carying capacity up to 200Amps dully mounted on FRP/DMC insulators and necessary drilling for connections and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves of standard colour code. (c) MCB TPN 63Amps, 16KA - 4Nos. (04Nos for meters, (d) MCB SPN 16Amps-02 (1 for Security lights & Stair Case)

(e) Suppy, installation, Commisioning & testing of microprocessor based three phase tamper proof electronic static pre paid cum post-paid energy meter, surface mount type along with external CT's, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50Hz, of range 10-60Amps, as per IS 16444:2015 (reaffirmed 2020) dual communication facilty with LED display and parameters such as Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power, Power factor, KWh/KVA/KVAh, default/in built Dual Source, inbuilt for 865 -867 MHz Radio frequency long range upto 500m radius, 360 degree communication facility, suitable for outdoor data accumulator and also compatible for Prepaid/Postpaid online Energy Monitoring/Billing System with disconnection/reconnection through remote software/data export to ERP, including suitable ration set of CTs to handle current upto 100 A,class of accuracy 1.0, burden-5VA, system voltage 440V,frequency 50Hz,bore diameter of the CT shall be not less than 40mm ring type and shall have suitable clamp to fix the CT's in panel board complete all as specified and as directed. -4 Nos (Per Qtr) Make: L&T/Orbit/Secure meters/HPL/ Elmeasure Model - PE5120S

(f) Suppy, installation, Commisioning & testing of microprocessor based tamper proof electronic static pre paid cum post-paid (dual mode support) energy meter, surface mount type single phase of rating 240 volts, 50Hz, of range 5-30Amps, as per IS 16444 :2015 (reaffirmed 2020) with dual communication facilty LED display and parameters such as Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power, Power factor, KWh/KVA/KVAh, default/in built Dual Source, inbuilt for 865 -867 MHz Radio frequency long range upto 500m radius, 360 degree communication facility, suitable for outdoor data accumulator and also compatible for online Energy Monitoring/Billing System with disconnection/reconnection through remote software/Mobile App and data export to ERP complete all as specified and as directed. (g) Supply, install, Commissioning, testing and configuration of server Hosted multi user web based software with following modules with lifetime licence renewal and free updation (i) Meter Data Management Module -The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would support offline meter data entry.The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency (b) Monthlyand quartely billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand (ii) Postpaid /Prepaid Billing Module The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required.

(v) Customer Portal The system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis. (vi) Energy Accounting Module The system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available and also facilitate individual consumer online payment through payment gateway without any extra cost.

(vii) Communication Module The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods. (viii) Meter Master Data The system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process. (ix) Excel Export The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format. (x) Customer Care Module - the software would include a customer care module where the user would be log in any complaints. The service provider would monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution.

(xi) Meter Installation Module - The software would include an app based meter installation module where the meter installation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the readings may be demonstrated to the user if required on the app itself. (xii) Activities Communication - The software support communication of the various activities such as occupation, vacation, meter change. personal detail change etc. with the user as well as the department on email. Make: OEM of Meters or approved by OEM Note : a) The software support with its upgradation should be life time (Minimum 10 yeras) and MOU should submit with OEM of Metrs with Software company if software is not bellongs to OEM of Metrs.

(h) Analog type timer up to 10Amps capacity single phase 230voltage for building security lights & common lights (i)Two way bakelite connector with nut, bolts and wahsers suitable for connecting the outgoing wires in the cabinet - 6Nos. (j) Internal wiring of meters / MCB / Cable connector shall be carried out with 10Sqmm copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, 1100volts grade, single core cable of standard colour code for phase & neutral including necessary lugs /nuts /bolts / washers etc. (j) LED phase indicating lamps (RYB) with control MCB (SP-2Amps) - 3Nos.
