Supply and fix LED lights fitting 1x 10W, 220V, AC decorative box type with powdered coated aluminium housing & integrated electronic driver with THD10%, 4KV surge protection and 130 lumen/watt including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches/or fixed on pole etc in screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core Conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 incl taking down of old U/S HT UG cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable/pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, test and commissioning CPRI APPROVED factory fabricated, outdoor type, LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of size 1M x 0.75M x 0.35M, duly painted with powder coating and with projected globe roof for rainwater protection dust and vermin proof, double door with bothe side opening including neoprene rubber gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System, including danger plate, earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc cromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc. and embeded with 50x50x6mm mild steel angle iron frame and 600mm above the normal ground level complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands, PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :- (a) Aluminium busbar 200 amps - 04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. (b) MCCB 63 Amps, 415 volt, 16 KA breaking capacity 4 pole electromagnetic release duly connected to busbar as incoming - 01 No. Make : Legrand/L&T/C&S/Hagar.

M&L for cable end termination, heat shrinkable, outdoor type, suitable for 3 core x 95 Sqmm HT, 11 KV cable with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule )

S & F drop out fuse single pole mounted on insulator, 11000 Volts grade double pole steel frame of current rating 50 Amps including taking down existing DO fuse complete and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for underground HT Cable fault locating testing with appropriate cable fault locator machine from authorised company complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Quoted rate includes complete cable fault testing and transport of machinery.

M&L for cable route indicator made of GI round plate 100 mm dia (marked with HT 11 KV Cable) fixed on GI angle 25x25x5 mm (total length 500mm), height 200 mm above GL and 300 mm below GL shall be inserted on pit size 200x200x300, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed inculding taking down the old cable route indicator. Note: Earth work and PCC shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
