M&L Preparation of entire old painted steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint internally and externally of approved shade for BOOK CASE STEEL as per drg No. FD-1028 complete all as specified and as directed.

Charpoy Nylon newar FD-220 : Removing of old broken/ unsv nylon newar of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new 12 mm thick BWR grade ply of size 1980mmx900mm as per IS-303 approved specification including 02 Nos cleats of iron angle of size 25mmx25mmx5mm, 50mm long on each long rails and 02 Nos cleats on each short rails duly running welding on approprite position and drilling hole in each cleats duly painted with synthetic enameled paint black colour over a coat of red oxided primer and 02 Nos new Flat iron strip for each charpoy of size 900mmx30mmx5mm thick duly welded to each charpoy on two long rails together on appropriate position of charpoy with providing new nut & bolts with washer including providing Edges of Ply should be prepared with putty for moisture resistance. New Flat Iron strip shall be painted with synthetic enameled paint in black colour over a coat of red oxided primer. Corners of plywood top should be rounded off properly before fixing on charpoy all as per Drg No. FD-220,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.
