S & F LED tube light fitting 20 Watts , 230 volts, box type, epoxy powder coatet using with reflector cover channel, with electronic drive, bipin holders, connector block, internally pre wired etc with necessary mounting arrangements including all accessories with new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting all as directed.

FENCING AND GATE S&F for Decorative Knobs for fixing of gates any size , etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 150 mm thick, 150 mm wide off sets allround over 100 mm thick hard core, brick masonry walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally and 150mm below GL externally and top of floor including excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, 5 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road / hard standing up to a size not exc 60 cm in width and 60 cm depth for laying of water pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing DI/GI water main line in position in trenches of size up to 150 mm dia for insertion of tee 200 x 200x50 for connection including excavation earth work re-filling etc all as specified and directed .

Repairs to potholes / road cuttings any depth, not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m of paving bitumen, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) , well rammed and sealed with pre mixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of paving bitumen with 0.06 cum sand ), again well rammed (including supply of premixed binder and sand), depth of pot holes not exceeding 30mm.

EXTERNAL ELECTRICSUPPLY S&F Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber made out of 3mm thick MS sheet comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200Amps, 60cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators including 100 Amps MCCB with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 90cm (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers, cable glands at entry and outlet points and excavation, earth work, returning filling in and removal of surplus soils complete all as specified and directed.
