ROAD / PATH / CULVERT Supply and fix, retro reflective traffic road cautionary sign boards made of 14 guage (2.00mm) thick aluminium sheet of size 800 x 600 mm rectangular having one coat of zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of stoving enamel on back side only and front surface fully covered with white encapsulated lens retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity grade. The sheet is to be adhered to the base by HLVA process. The size of border and sign shall be as per IRC-67/1977, the board shall have back support frame of MS angle of size 35 x 35 x 5mm and shall have arrangements for fixing to post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm bore MS pipes as in post of wall thickness 4.5mm conforming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 and 10 ft long including excavation in post holes and PCC bed block 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 450 x 450 x 600mm, removal of surplus soil and levelling the ground including two coats of epoxy post to MS post complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for 05 USERS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, LED surface mounting ultra modern designed aesthetically LED luminaire of 15 Watts, 1X1, which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination suitable for surface mounting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, LED highbay 150W 240V light fitting at any height in hangers / workshop with aluminum alloy pressure die casted housing and control gear box with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics IP-65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, integral electronic driver prewired upto terminal block with driver complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, LED flood light made up of pressure diecast aluminium housing with arcylic cover as diffuser with IP-66 protection made impact resistance of IK-07 with 10KV in built surge protection device of capacity 120 W complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 22 & 23:- (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of disconnecting the old light fitting and connect the new light fitting with accessories like insulation tape, clamps, screws etc for proper fixing of light fitting on wall, pole, roof for false ceiling. (ii) Quoted rate shall also deemed to include the cost of necessary hydraulic ladder of aerial access platform mounted on vehicle for fixing light fittings. (iii) The contractor shall produce LM-79 and LM-80 certificate for the luminaires supplied by OEM and genuinity of purchase from the manufacturers before claiming any payment. (iv) BIS Registration number is mandatory for LED fixtures/drivers. LED fittings and drivers shall be of the same manufacturer.

S&F, sheet metal enclosure for pre wired distribution board double door, powder coated VTPN, 4 way with out MCCB, three phase 415 volt with 100 Amps rated tinned electrolytic copper bus bar with neutral link complete all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply, install, test and commissioning split type air conditioning unit (inverter type) complete with driver motor air cooled condenser with all accessories varied speed and dual rotary compressor including fixing the out door units as per manufacturer's recommendation and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall providing and making interconnection including refrigerant piping with nitryle rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance of 3 meter power cabling (max 3 meter from isolator / encloser) to unit, first recharging of refrigerant gas incliding cordless remote, drain pipe of 25mm dia for connecting drain line from indoor unit to maximum of 3.0 meters to nearest drain point complete as required capacity of 2TR 5 star invertor type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Carrier / Blue star / LG / Voltas.

S&F, voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 to 250V which output voltage stablizer 230V with accuracy of 2.5% and capacity 5KVA complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTING PROTECTION S&F, epoxy spacer insulator with one GI stud bolt with nut and washer with necessary drilling for bolt hole for holding / fixing roof conductor / down conductor of lightning conductor at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bar 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft / loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I including taking up of old GI earth plate complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting GI pipe of any size and reducing to required length before laying and insertion of 'T's of 50 x 50 x 50mm and branches for 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimentions of 750 x 750 x 750mm including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in CM (1:6) plastering internal surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron 6mm thick MS plate cover complete with locking arrangement plinting steel and iron surface with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as shown on drawing and as specified and directed.

M&L, cutting the existing roads to a width of 60cm and 75cm in depth for laying GI pipe including returning, filling in and top surface of road 15cm shall be made good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

RETAINING WALL M&L for Hammer dressing with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the surface not exceeding 40mm dressing for converting the hardrock obtained from excavation into squared rubble complete all as specified and directed.
