M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm 100 mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bonding over coat of hot blown and one coat of bitumen based paint @1.20 ltr/sqm over APP membrane including removal of existing water proofing treamant on roof with plaster, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg / sqm over Bitumen surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rotational moulded Polyethylene [HDPE] water tanks, Triple layered, ISI Marked Cylindrical & Vertical Type 1000 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 40mm/25mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including taking down old tanks complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for unions of 20 mm bore and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain AC pipes/PVC pipe set in cement mortar of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls bore of the pipe 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Polyster Fibre complete all as specified and as directed. Make: (RECRON 3S or equivalent)

M&L for forming construction (Dummy) joints 10 mm deep and 6 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof / wall surfaces / AC sheets/soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated and Transulent sheet etc) sheets in roof covering incl ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodoised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodoised sections specified in SSR part-I 1991 including cutting, drilling jointing ect complrtr including 4mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size Specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for seamless false ceiling made out of 12mm thick of gypsum board fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Philips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joints of face board with specially formulated joining compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and including GI channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 to 30mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeve and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 215 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffits at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.20mtr length) of 0.55 mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flanges of 26 mm each with clips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including 6mm thick GI hangers adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flats 40x3 mm size long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including thin layer of POP (Plaster of paris with Gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surface is obtained and finally applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of cement primer over one coat of 3mm thick putty complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs of CPVC pipes 20 mm dya SDR 11 & plian CPVC SDR 11 fittings in wall /ceiling or laying in floors taking down old GI tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of CPVC pipes 25 mm dia SDR 11 & plian CPVC SDR 11 fittings in wall /ceiling or laying in floors taking down old GI tubes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, and gap filling of between wall and roof, tank stagging and similar works etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder etc. reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning of tank and due date for cleaning of tank , capacity of tanks exc. 500 liters and not exc. 1000 liters complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Each tank will be shifted twice)

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning with detergent/detergent powder etc. reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc. from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. and writing the date of cleaning of tank and due date for cleaning of tank , capacity of tanks exc.250 liters and not exc. 500 liters complete all as specified and as directed(Note: Each tank will be shifted twice)

Cleaning of RCC/PVC water tanks with bleaching powder removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc including writing with paint out side tanks "tanks cleaned on with month and year capacity of tanks exc 250 & n. exc 500 ltrs and recconecting air lock complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for providing 20mm dia CPVC gate valves screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for providing 25mm dia CPVC gate valves screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls built in cement mortar, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. to receive plaster. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face surfaces of brick work or concrete in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including cornices and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparation of old surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including filling cracks/ undulated surfaces dubbedwith wall care putty wherever required complete all as specified and directed
