Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated LT 1100 volts of grade armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 sq mm 2 core including connecting to panel boards with the suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for HDPE pipe 50 mm dia with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid on floors /trenches / pole complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box of size 1200(h)x1000(w)x300(d) mm, platform mounted (to be mounted on the P.C.C. brick pedestal), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating not less then 100 amps, Spreader link to incoming/outgoing MCCB for termination of incoming/outgoing cable and Aluminium connecting bars of suitable size (R-Y-B-N) for outgoing cables, duly fabricated in a CPRI approved / certified factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron)with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof of 100 mm on top and mild steel angle (50x50x5mm) legs of length 40 cm at bottom, suitable for mounting on the pedestal, The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation, including taking down old unserviceable. M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45cm X 45cm X 45cm including, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 4 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) and all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe ,1100V grade heavy duty cable with pvc insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core solid conductor 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connection all as directed by engr in charge

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5metres long).

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete

M&L for coping of steel tubular poles Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as directed and specified by engr-in-charge.

M&L for shifting of LT panel by disconnecting all the cables and earthing strips and dismantling of existing PCC platform along with the angle frames for LT panel and fixing it (LT panel) in a new location by making new PCC platform and connecting up with cables and new earthing pits all as specified by engr-in-charge.

M&L for shifting of existing steel tubular poles of length 8.5 mtrs by dismantling the service connection and light of 35W along with pcc coping and fix the pole in a new location all as directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Necessary coping will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying & testing insulated XLPE UG cable 1100 volts grade, armoured confirming to relevant IS specifications with aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling and taking out the unserviceable cable all as directed.

Supply, laying & testing insulated XLPE UG cable 1100 volts grade, armoured confirming to relevant IS specifications with aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core including dismantling and taking out the unserviceable cable all as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100mm HDPE pipe light grade GI pipes as per site requirement with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machineries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately

M & L for Double Wall Corrugated (DWC)/HDPE pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 90/76 mm, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MCCB 4 Pole 415V adjustable type with 100amps 16KA rupturing capacity all as specified and as directed

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia long hex head screw all as specified and directed.

M&L for single pointed air termination Aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long including necessary nuts and bolts for mounting on roof all as directed by engr in charge.

M&L Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fixing the strip including necessary nuts and bolts for mounting the strip with insulators for roof/down conductors above ground all as directed by engr in charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as directed

M&L GI strip 32 x 6 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for running in pipes/fixing the strip on insulators all as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore with all fittings for earth strip protection all as directed

S&F DMC/FRP insulators of suitable size to separate the earth strips from the walls duly screwed on the walls and making holes in the earth strip by drilling and fixing the earth strip rigidily with the insulators with GI bolts, nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Distribution Box double door made out of MS sheet duly powder coated of suitable size to accommodate one RCBO of 25 amp , 30 mA and one switch socket combination 16 A 3 pin for providing charging for E- Gypsy vehicle complete all as specified and as directed. Make Legrand

M &L for PVC insulated electric service cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor, of cross sectional area 4 Sqmm, 2 core including providing power supply from existing Panel to DB all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with but using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead t buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type, wall mounted & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L motor starter 25 Amp 2 module including necessary metal box and cover plate all as directed

S&F of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25mm exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc for split AC condense water drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with two runs of 4 sq mm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit / casing & caping (as per site requirement) of suitable sizewith all necessary fittings, surface in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly complete and after taking out the existing sub-main wiring etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Necessary PVC dummy plates & rigid PVC junction boxes for maint./inspection purpose as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral & earth conductor (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue only for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads. (iv) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping will be measured as one uint.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with 2x10 Sqmm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25mm or higher suitable size with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with 1X10 Sqmm of single core cable but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dully complete including taking down old submain wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with 2x6 Sqmm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25mm or higher suitable size with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with 1X6 Sqmm of single core cable but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dully complete including taking down old submain wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of MCB DB 8 way SPN DB, 230volts 50 Hz AC supply including s fixed to the existing wall (concealed/surface) and making good the disturbed surface wall with the exsting wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning. complete all as specified and as directed.
