Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by GE.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in thrust blocks / pedestals for CI / DI pipe lines including necessary form work compete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 300 mm dia bore Cast iron / MS water mains including fittings with joints of any type including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as directed by GE. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking up or down 200 mm dia bore Cast iron / MS water mains including fittings with joints of any type including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as directed by GE. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supplying and laying in trenches 300 mm dia Ductile Iron pipes class K-9 centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS:8329 and ISI marked, with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zink coating suitable for push on joints ( rubber gasket D jointing) in any lenght including all jointing materials etc , testing of the pipe line complete all as specified and directed by GE. Note : Lead joints, D joints , Exacavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items .

All as per Sl item No. 08 here in before but DI pipe of 200 mm dia bore complete all as directed by the GE.

Supply , fix and testing of 300mm dia bore Cast iron Suice valves Rising type, confirming to IS : 14846-2000 ISI marked Class PN-1.0 with drilled flanged ends on both sides, Stainless steel spindle , Gun metal working parts with hand wheel , bolts and nuts, packing materials etc including taking down the existing damaged unserviceable slucie valve complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl items No. 10 here in before but Slucie valve of 200 mm dia bore all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Ductile Iron fittings for spigot and socket / flanged pipes like bends ( any type and radius and angle) , tapers ( any type straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) , Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction double branch, cross (all ends socket, one end socket and other ends spigot / flanged, all ends flanged and collars,) caps,plugs fixed in repairs of size from 100 mm to 400mm bore complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Run lead jointing to water mains including jointing material such as Pig lead, Spun Yarn etc and caulking after jointing including burning and taking out the old lead joints of pipe line for300 mm dia bore pipe line all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing MS branch line pipe line of any sizee from header carefully by means of gas cutter, removing the rusted MS pipe lines, making provision for joining new MS / CI / DI pipes of same size by welding MS flanges of suitable size and making leake proof joint including all jointing materials like bolts, nuts and gaskets required at site complete all as specified and as directed by the GE. Note : MS / DI / CI pipes will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and lay MS black tubing ERW welded , having outside dia of 314 mm and 7 mm thick ISI marked conforming to IS 3589 - 2001 with plain ends complete including connecting of MS pipes and specials by welding, leak testing of pipe line laid in trenches / floors / walls / ducts complete all as specified and as directed by the GE.

Supply and lay MS black tubing ERW welded , having outside dia of 212 mm and 6 mm thick ISI marked conforming to IS 3589 - 2001 with plain ends complete including connecting of MS pipes and specials by welding, leak testing of pipe line laid in trenches / floors / walls / ducts complete all as specified and as directed by the GE.

S&F in repairs cast iron air valves with two air outlets 100 mm dia bore double acting ( DS-2) heavy duty including providing jointing materials such as rubber fibre board gasket suitable size bolts, nuts and twin washers , necessary supports, rising DI pipe 100 mm dia double side flanged and not less than 1.20 mts long complete all as specified and as directed by the GE.

Construction of valve chamber of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm deep ( Internal dimensions ) using PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 10cm thick and 100 mm offsets on all sides, 200 mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in C.M(1:6), 15mm thick rendering all around the masonry work in CM (1:6), for internal and up to 15 cm below GL for external surfaces of walls, 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping with 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work for grouting including 3.15 mm thick MS top sheet cover double door with locking arrangement welded to MS frame made out of 50x60x6 mm angle iron frame fixed with hold fasts in coping including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs including demolition of existing valve chamber complete all as specified and directed by GE

Cutting the existing road of any kind straight by manual, depth and width not less than 400 mm for pipes up to 300 mm dia and filling back with excavated soil up to 75 % road portion and 25 % shall be made 100mm thick (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, TO CROSS WATER PIPE LINE UP TO 300 mm dia in any length including jointing materials and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorities complete all as specified and as directed INCLUDING MAKING GOOD OF DISTURBED SURFACE. NOTE: Pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Note- Any Excavation carried out in populated area cantt board permissiona, HDMC permission and any other type of formality will be carried out by contractor. Rates are deemed in pipe line work. Contractors are suppose to be see the site before quoting the Tender.
