Supply and lay in trenches / drawn through pipes or in road crossings / paths / drains / duct / floors / along poles / equipments etc., of HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade confirming to IS-7098 (Part-2) 2011 of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm x 3 core including connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type end joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitabe for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type end joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitabe for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles , cables etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for cable laying /foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type 1 flat of size 300x180x40 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, type 410, SP-55, 11 Metres long, staying in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help of crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts ad screws including drilling of holes to pole for clamps & hooks for running earth wire / strip and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portioin in PCC, marking zebra crossings upto a height of 1.0m above the coping with black and yellow strips of synthetic enamel paint, three coats of white washing to the coping and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fix Triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), Horizontal mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from one meter above ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, 50 Hz, with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of approved paint etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of single pole Lightning arresters explusion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitble for 11000 Volts grade including necessary connection and fittings all as per IS-3070, Part-III and IEC-1994 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for working pressure 11000 Volts, conforming to IS-731 and IS-3188 including tension clamp including taking down of old U/S insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white/brown/green, conforming to IS-2486 for 11000 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down of old U/S insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I using 20mm dia stay rod incl taking down of old U/S stay assembly including excavation and PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters of HT 11KV / Transformer Capacity and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20 cm size including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and directed. Note : HT 11KV / Transformer Capacity should also be mentioned on Danger Notice plate.

Supply and laying 100 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, light grade with all fittings for passing of cables under ground including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete for foundation, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 with 40 mm graded aggregate for steel tubular swaged poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete for foundation, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded aggregate for steel tubular swaged poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete for coping, type B1 1:2:4 with 20 mm graded aggregate including necessary form work for steel tubular swaged poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road, hard standing of approx depth not exc 1 metre made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cables all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc., minimum 15 cm thickness, or as required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip all as specified and directed.

M&L Stringing and Fixing ACSR Conductor steel reinforced of any size incl binding using ACSR conductor on insulator on overhead line complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Notes: i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of strata, GI tubing, funnel with mesh PCC, RCC, earth test point etc.
