Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the New plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 :- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying One coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats Upto required height and using proper scaffolding arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint Upto required height and using proper scaffolding arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 4 to 7 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces of wall including cornices, plastered etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint Upto required height and using proper scaffolding arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for re-writing of letters or figures (block, Roman , Italic or indian) with fluoresecent paint height of letter exceeding 15 cm but not exc 30 cm and width of letter exc 25 mm but not exc 40 mm wide complete all as specified and directed.
