M&L Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats over 3mm thick wall putty on new work and on old surfaces including cleaning all as specified and all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying weather proof Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new and on old surfaces over 3mm thick wall putty including cleaning all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for demolition of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and all as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling make jindal section 615 all as specified and all as directed

M&L Exposed metal frame ceiling with 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) all as specified and all as directed.

M&L Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment all as specified and all as directed

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for Running welding in repairs all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for Framed work suchas grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rebated, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290/ Gde-E/165, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc and for ornamental and intricate design. all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new Steel surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer to steel surfaces exc 10 cm girth.all as specified and as directed.
