S&F precast concrete cable covers Class LV Type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete laid dry for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc 100m but not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls / poles or laid in trenches / floors for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LT XLPE, 1100 Volt grade insulated strip armoured multi stranded aluminium underground cable of 16 Sqmm 2 core in trenches or fixed on pole / wall or drawn through pipes including suitable size of Lugs & Glands etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary sand cushioning and cable covers will be measured and paid separately under appropriated item of Sch 'A'.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oudoor type cubicle panel board of size not less than 1250x750x450 mm suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system CPRI approved factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double lief doors with locking arrangement complete with powder coat painting and suitable packing material for IP- 43 degree of protection and confirming to IS:8623-1993 and including 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board at a height of 450mm from GL and grouted on PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The size of panel board shall be suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgears complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amp with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve insulation mounted on suitable insulators for 3 phases and half of the capacity for neutral - 01 Set (b) LED type pilot indicator lamps for R,Y,B phases - 01 Set of 3 (c) Hardware of panel board including bolt, nuts gaskets etc. (d) Errection, testing & commissioning including PCC foundation blocks of 2x PCC block of size, 500mm x 300 mm x 100 mm for grouting of panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 01 Job Note :- Drawing will be approved by the accepting officer before placing demand to the manufacture.

S&F in repairs Octagonal shaped GI hot dipped electric pole, Polished finished of 7m long, Single arm bracket complete with RCC base, bolts, nuts, washers and base plaes all as specified including the following complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres. (b) M&L for Providing RCC foundation as per manufacturers design upto GL including Nuts, bolts, washers and base plates of suitable size and length for grouting in as per manufacturer's design. (c) Inbuilt internal junction box consists of outgoing of MCB SP 6 Amps 10 KA and internal wiring complete. (d) Attached GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Street Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer including taking down old unserviceable GI Pipe Bracket with clamps, complete.

Dismantling and taking down existing serviceable/unserviceable/ de-shaped/worn out LT/HT steel tubular/ Rail Poles of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete, transporting and stacking to the E/M Store Yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
