M&L for providing and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar , curing compound etc carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expansive ground admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch, treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortar prepare by using Nitobond SBR latects, application of polymer modified batta at floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using conbextra GP2 non shrink cementitious grouts. Undulated surface and pot hole shall be treated with epoxy mortar or putty to obtained sound/ levelled surface. Application of primer Nito proof WB primer on sound mortar slab surface. Followed by application of coat of Nito proof 600 PF liquid applied single component pitch free polyurithane coating supplied in 25 kg drum coverage @ 2.30 Kg/sqm to achieve 1.5mm thickness in two coats complete incluidng all tools and tackles as per manufacturers specifcation. Coating shall be having crack bridging of 2mm, elongation ( ASTMD 124 ) greater than 600 percentage, tensile strength ( ASTM D412) , 2.5 N/sqmm, recovery from elongation ( ASTM D412) , 95 percentage, 85 percentage of solid contantents, tear resistance ( ASTM D624) , 15 KN/M, shore A hardness ( ASTM D2240) , 60, water vapour transimission not more than 1 gm / M2 ,water permeability ( DIN -1048) - NIL, services tempreature - 40'c to 70 dgree 'c , flash point greater than 70'C HSE guidelines :- It is recommanded to provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilations, providing protection to Eye, face, Hand and other skin by wearing appropriate glouse, google, face cilid, respiratory protection etc. directed in SDS of the product complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing on wall face 110mm diameter unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 type 'A' incluidng jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion single socketed pipes complete including dismantling CIR Asbestos RWP with fittings and clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type 'A' incluidng jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion bend 87.5 110mm bend complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster includng disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing wall New work (Two coats) applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 Sqm with 100 % premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted ) with silicon additives complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means includng stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m leads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S ( non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting damaged over head / terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace incluidng shifting at ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, 1000 ltr capacity Is: 12701 marked , with cover and suitable locking arrangements and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) 78, solar reflection 0.70 and initial emittance 0.75 on water proof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying Non-skid ceramic floor/roof tiles of size 300mmx300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50m lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.
