Dismantling of old LT panel and Design, fabricate, Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory made , CPRI approved factory fabricated, outdoor type,sloped canopy (Hood) on top extended 100mm all arround, weather, vermin proof, cubical type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed, with necessary insulated bus bar arrangement of 4 strips, the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame duly treated through 8 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour with necessary earth work excavation and PCC foundation, hinged doors, front and rear opening and locking arrangement, cable glands and lugs for incomming and out going cable etc, independent chamber to accommodate complete all as specified and directed including following accessorieses :- (22 Med regt)

M&L in repairs dismantling rusted/ defective outdoor LT door hinges and supply and fix new door hinges of existing size including cutting, welding and brazing and one coat of sythatic enamel paint(As per existing colour) complete all as specified By Engr-in-charge. Note :- Reapir of complete LT panel considerded as one job

Supply, lay,test and commisioning of XLPE cable insulated armourd heavy duty electric power cable 1100 volts grade with strandard aluminium conducotr cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L straight through joint for LT cable with necessary jointing materials and ferrule including cutting down the existing unserviceable cable including locating fault for 3.5/4 core 16 to 35 Sqmm of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Description all as per item No.12 above but 3.5 core 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in width and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil from the trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning/ filling including spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L filling sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down (i.e 18 cm) shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,calss LV , type I, flate size 250 mm x 150 mmx 40 mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, Commissioning and Testing of distribution cum meter box, indoor type, factory made out of CRCA sheet thickness not less than 2 mm duly powder coated suitable for 4 Nos energy meter with provision of independent housing to each meter , marking of quarter No on meter with each compartment to MCB SPN, power control wiring with minimum 10 sqmm copper single core cable for each control from main MCCB to meter and 6 Sqmm copper single core cable from meter to MCB SPN cable, gland, suitable for the distribution cum meter box and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed with the following provisions:- Incoming:- MCCB TPN 100 Amps 16 KA with adjustable setting - 01 No. Outgoing:- (i) Copper bus bar TPN 200 Amps current rating - 01 Set. (ii) MCB SPN 32 Amps 230 V (C series) - 04 Nos. (iii) MCB SPN 10 Amps - 1 No (for stair case). (iv) RYB indication lamp - 01 Set.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note :- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip of 32 x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.
