(b) The cost shall also be include the breaking of floors/walls etc including digging of trenches for removing of cables of loops and connecting to the new panel boards and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces. (c) The panel shall be Fabricated from a CPRI approved firm.

S & F panel and its connections and supply and install, testing and commissioning of Out door LT feeder panel of 200 Amps, factory made cubicle type of suitable size and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet outdoor type vermin proof with Aluminium bus bar of size 40 mm x 10 mm, Al strip 3 phase and half neutral connections with neutral colour coded with heat and shrinkable PVC sleeves, with necessary supports, angle iron frame work and stand, locking arrangements and painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of powder coated paint with suitable size of panel control copper wiring, accessories are fitted on suitable insulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber and provision and fixing of digital Voltmeter,Ammeter with built in selector switch, CTs of suitable ratio, and pilot indication lamps complete along with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable cable glands incl PCC foundation etc complete testing and commissioning complete and consisting the following

Supply, Installation, test and Commissioning factory fabricated, out door type,LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX Double Door , Both side openable made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet of suitable size with projected Globe roof for rain water protection duly treated through 8 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour Dust and Vermin Proof , Double door with both side opening including Neoprene Rubber Gasket,, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System ,including Danger Plate, Earthing Strip Point and Ventilation Louvers at Rear Side, Bottom detachable Gland Plate comp-lete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and embeded with 50X50X6mm Mild Steel Angle Iron Frame and 600 mm above the Normal Ground Level comp -lete with internal connection with suitable size of cable ,cable lugs,and cable glands PCC Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and Test-ing after Installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :–

(a) Aluminium bas bar 200amps , supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. Supply and lay in replacement of cable lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc connecting buy using lugs, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 4 Core 10 Sqmm complete all, as specified and directed Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct with sand cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub class 'B' of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete in foundation (1:4;8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete as specified

M/L for cement concrete in foundation (1:3;6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete as specified

M/L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mmx 40mm all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note:- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

Cutting the existing road/PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable , HDPE pipe medium duty of size 100 mm dia and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic street light timer switch using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights.Nature switch operation should bebased on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching on is 30 Lux and for switching off 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs.The sensor along with suitable power contactors incoming outgoing MCBS SP and and automanual (sensor bypass selection option should be enclosed in a pole /wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof electric shock proof termite proof and FR grade SMC Box conforming to IP54 three phase load of 5 KW with Circuit wiring min 6 sq mm 1 nos contactor each of 40 amps, incoming/ outgoing MCB (1 nos) rating 32 amps Model No Swadeep-02 EC 05KW3P or equivalent .

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.Make: Hensel/Syntex/C&S

Supply and drawn sub main wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable upto and including 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metalic PVC rigid conduit accessories surface type on walls, floors etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire all as specified (Note : Two runs of copper conductor and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conductor will be measured and paid as one unit only) (For Street Light connection from Junction Box to Street Light)

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

Dismentling of damage / broken coping of PCC/steel pole of any size anf and removing the debries from site including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, erecting and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Supply and fixing lantren of dia 60 CM for fixing of flood light, cap type to be fixed on the top of 9 m SP-31 Steel pole , made of MS pip medium grade dia greater than the top dia of the pole of length 0.35 M supported by MS flat iron of size 50X6 mm 8 nos including two coat of aliminium painting over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as directed

Supplying and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspen ded by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of Size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement on wall with necessary arrangements busbar chamber 100 amps 4 way 4 pole wall mounted IP -54 , made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy powdwer coated single layer operational voltage 440 Volt , Short circuit current capacity 25 KA for 1 Second including necessary cable connections and outgoing 1 Nos of MCCB of Capacity 63 Amp 4 Pole 18 KA complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates inclusive of necessary fixing arrangement and cable connections , cable glands as required for proper fixing / functioning of Bus Bar Chamber.
