M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.05 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fencing post and similar work complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundatons, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Framed work such as gates,grills, gratings,hook and Pintle higes for large steel gates ,railing etc including round headed screws or welding seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spiles; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; gates, railings,rollers etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 and complete all as specifed and directed

S&F 1.00mm thick mild steel, plain,black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut size, holes punched, including round headed screws or welding seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Decorative Knobs for fixing of gates any size , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (1) Works shall be carried out in multi storey Building upto 2nd floor.

M&L Preparing the new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing for chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. (Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at supplied only rate) complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm long but not exceeding 10 cm long , 5 to 10mm dia of neck complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry / Block masonry, built in cement mortar including facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete all quoins, arches, pillars, coping etc but excluding ashlars articles including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors (un re-inforced) and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(un-rainforcement ) including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Walling of squared rubble masonry regular coursed, Secunderabad and Bangalore types, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 25 above but except stones complete all as specified and directed. Note- Serviceable stones obtained vide item No 21 shall be reused after removing mortar and cleaning with water complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius built in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width by using PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and and directed

M&L Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) on brick masonry or concrete surface, including finished the surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbase to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment (glossy finish) any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment (glossy finish) any shape & size conforming to IS 15658-2006 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Spreading and levelling of Sand/ grit cushioning below interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Designer rubber moulded chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 22mm or 250 x 250 x 22mm thick with mixture of grey and white cemetn in equal porportions with pigments for laying floor finishes and set and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre cast Machine pressed cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones and fixing all as per manufacturer instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:size shall be decided and directed by GE

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness and similar work laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite(of any type) work table rubbed and polished as in jambs, pillars, cills etc and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white / coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting any type and fixed with Kerakoll Brand - Boi Flex Gray adhesives of stone tile and thickness of adhesives approx 5-6 mm thick combed with notched trowel and placed and tapped properly to ensure complete coverage of backside of tiles over adhesives including cleaning/preparation of newly plastered surfaces to be tilled and making it free from wax, grease, polish, paints and including rendering in CM (1:4), 10 mm thick cement plaster as in backing coat of brick/concrete surface with necessary adhesives finished rough to receive wall claddings etc all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- (a) Strictly apply the adhesive paste which can be stone within 10-15 minutes (makes:Kerakoll Brand - Boi Flex Gray stone tile adhesives / Roff stone tile adhesives / Dr. Fixit Fevimate TL tile fixing adhesive

Rounding of / moulding to edges (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish),as in steps,pillars and other similar locations,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut cudappah stone slab as in platforms, shelves, vertical surface, over screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
