Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within or outside the site at an unobjectionable place.

Providing & laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

iv) PCC 1 Cement:2 Coarse Sand:4 Graded Stone Aggregate 40mm

v) PCC 1 Cement:3 Coarse Sand:6 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

i) Foundations,footings,bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

ii) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttress, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

ii) RCC 1 Cement :1½ Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm

Supply of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels

ii) Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars of Fe- 500D grade or more, conforming to IS1786

Demolishing C.C./R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Painting of lettering/ writing works including art work for Building facia, gates, Sheds, Tanks etc as per site requirement. Job includes painting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of specific primer on new/old plastered surface including cost of all materials/ labour, scraping/cleaning etc. complete in all respects.
