The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder can demonstrate this experience by completing: - Three similar works, each with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar works, each with a value of not less than 60% of the estimated cost, - One similar work with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost (rounded to the nearest Rs. 10 lac) in the last 7 years. The values of similar works are relative to the estimated cost or quoted amount, and the bidder must have completed these works within the last 7 years. The value of executed works is adjusted to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In the case of Acrylic Synthetic flooring work, the bidder should have experience in one of the following: (a) Three similar Acrylic Synthetic flooring works each of value not less than 40% of the quoted amount, (b) Two similar Acrylic Synthetic flooring works each of value not less than 60% of the quoted amount, (c) One similar Acrylic Synthetic flooring work of value not less than 80% of the quoted amount. The quoted amount is against BoQ item (12), and the values are relative to this amount.
