The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The OFC Modules quoted by the Bidder should have been satisfactorily working in any Central/State/Private Universities, IITs, NITs, IIMs, PSUs, or Government of India/State/Govt. Departments/MNCs for at least 03 months as on the date of opening of the tender document. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 03 months: The minimum duration for which the OFC Modules should have been satisfactorily working. - 3 years of relevant Industry experience - 5 years ending 31.12.2024 - 25% of the Total Network Switches Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - Certificate from the Customers to prove similar services provided. - Certificates from the actual users of the equipment. - Technical Specifications cum Compliance Sheet. - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made.
