Providing and laying JOHNSON/KAZARIA vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 x 10 MM of Double charge in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285,(ZINDAL MAKE) fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and sizw, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM / neoprene gasket etc., Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineerin- charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and applying white cement based BIRLA putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade . Two or more coats on new work.(ASIAN PAINTA)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.

Providing and fixing metal doors with rock wool filling and GI powder coated of thickness 1.2 mm and shutter of 45 mm made of GI powder 0.80 mm thickness with SS ball bearings ,hinges,door closer TS-68 STD arm, dead lock with necessary SS handles,Door bottom seal/drop,tower bolts,Double glazed view float glass etc, of approved colour to be used. Inside and outside openable as required at locations,single/double leafed as approved by the Engineer - incharge.
