The values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements include: - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band defined in the relevant policy for MSE sellers to match L-1 price - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE sellers if they match L-1 price Technical certifications required by bidders include: 1.
