Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately).

Providing and laying of 2.00 mm thick Antistatic polyvinyl chloride sheet of approved brand TUSKER or equivalent on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives (viz. Dunlop 8753 or equivalent) including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete including providing 50 mm wide copper strip fixed to floor with rivets / nails where ever required as per manufacture specifications. The copper strip shall be provided along the periphery of the room leaving 200mm border and under all pvc sheet joints.The copper strip shall be exposed at required locations. The rate includes all materials specified above including fixing charges etc., complete as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing etching on glass door of approved pattern and design etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have minimum Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, minimum Light Reflectance = 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of minimum 0.30 mm thick (minimum galvanized @120 gsm) having rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal Silhouette profile (white/black) comprising of main T runners of minimum 15x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size minimum 15x38mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size minimum 15x38 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (minimum galvanised @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm,

spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size minimum 24x24X3000 mm made of minimum 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in charge.

With 15 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC minimum 0.50)

Dismantling powder coated / anodized aluminium partitions, doors and other frames including proper numbering, loading and unloading and stacking by placing at the required place in the building premises etc. all operations complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Area of partition is measured for payment)

Fixing powder coated / anodized aluminum partitions and doors at all levels & heights with available materials at stores after making required sections as per the drawing for powder coated aluminum sections , particle board, glass panels and snap on beading including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides wherever required etc, all operations complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 2.00 mm thick polyvinyl chloride sheet in approved shade of make Wonder floor - Robust on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives (viz. Dunlop S758, Fevicol SR998 or equivalent) and rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg including thermal welding of joints to give an jointless look all complete as per manufacture specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing of the existing Supersil False Ceiling including its frame work. The frame work is to be removed from a ceiling height of approximate 5.00 mtrs. The false ceiling and its frame work including its suspenders has to be removed in 7th Floor of Telephone Bhavan. The rate includes shifting of all the serviceable materials to the stores in the compound and stacking them carefully at the location as shown by Engineer - in - charge. The rate includes all labour costs, taxes, incidentals such as arranging for necessary heights / scafolding, for removing of the false ceiling with the frame work. The work is to be executed by taking all necessary safety measures. All the electrical fittings shall be carefully removed from the false ceiling to enable the electrical wing for removing of all the fittings. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The work shall be done as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge.

Refixing the available false flooring false flooring tiles along with frame work including pedastals, locking of stringer, tightening of check nuts for level adjustment, fixing of base plate with screws for proper placement with available tiles to required height etc., complete as per directions of Engineer in charge. ( Rate includes cost of screws & nuts and nothing extra will be paid on any account )

Dismantling existing raised/false access flooring system of 450mm height by dismembering carefully its components comprising of load bearing floor panels , G.I. rectangular stringer frame work and G.I. Pedestals etc including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within the building at designated location complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing rectangular shaped urinal partition with 8mm thick frosted glass of size 900mm x 450mm incl chrome finish cleats complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 8mm thick toughened glass with eitching of approved make including making floral/ color design as per architectural drawing fixed in existing aluminium framework etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Rate is inclusive of all operations incl transportation to site of work and nothing extra shall be paid on any account) (a) Size of each glass pane : 300mm x 900mm

Rebate for taking away the existing false flooring materials including all the MS main frame work / supports etc., The material shall be taken away on as is where is basis and the stacked place shall be got cleaned by removing all the unserviceable materials and disposing to the approved municipal dumping ground. (The quoted rate shall not be less than Rs.18/- per kg)
