The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works within the last 7 years, with specific conditions such as: - Three completed similar works each costing not less than or equal to Rs. 1,14,31,244/- - Two completed similar works each costing not less than or equal to Rs. 1,42,89,054/- - One completed similar work costing not less than or equal to Rs. 2,28,62,487/- The average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost (Rs. 85,73,433/-). Similar work includes Construction of Factory workshops, Construction of Industrial Warehouses, Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection works involving at a height of 15m or above, and Roof Sheet replacement works at a height of 15m or above. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should submit a copy of the satisfactory completion certificate of the contract of similar work, along with the work order, agreement, and BOQ as support documents. Works which are still in progress or for which the Final Bill has not been released shall not be considered as Similar Work. Only works executed in India shall be considered for Similar Work. The bidder should have at least three years of existence in business consecutively for the past three years.
