The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, specifically in completing buildings with RCC framed structure including Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing works. The required experience is as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. - Or two similar completed works of order value each not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. - Or three similar completed works of order value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. These similar works should have been completed during the last seven years. The value of the work done should be without GST/Taxes. If taxes are not clearly defined, the value of works shall be considered as including GST, with GST deducted at 12% for works completed up to 31.12.2021 and 18% for works completed after 01.01.2022. The value of executed works should be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client's organization. Completion/experience certificates, along with supporting documents, shall be verified from the issuing authority/organizations prior to opening the Financial Bid. In case of mismatch in value in TDS certificate & completion certificate, the value mentioned in the TDS certificate will be considered during evaluation. For work experience of private sector, completion certificates shall be supported with copies of corresponding TDS certificates. The bidder submitting experience certificates for works done in joint venture (JV)/consortium with other firms/companies, their proportionate experience to the extent of its share in the JV/consortium or work done by them shall only be allowed on submitting valid proof of their share/work done. The percentages of similar works completed are 80%, 50%, and 40% of the estimated cost of work for one, two, and three similar completed works respectively.
