The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactory completion of similar work with a performance certificate. The bidder should have successfully completed similar work(s) during the last 07 years from the previous month of date of publication. The similar work experience can be demonstrated in three ways: i) Three similar completed work each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, ii) Two similar completed work each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, iii) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The term "similar work" refers to "Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of automated weigh bridge and allied works (civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, automation etc.,) including O&M through OEM / Authorized Dealer / Service Provider in State / Central / PSU or any reputed Private organization." Copies of work order(s) & respective satisfactory completion(s) / performance certificate(s) must be furnished in support of meeting similar work experience. In case of experience other than Central / State Government / Autonomous bodies / PSEs/PSUs/ Public Limited Companies, the bidder has to submit TDS certificate for the past experience.
