The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: * Project Manager: B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years experience in executing similar works. * Site Engineers: - B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years experience (3 Nos.). - Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years experience (5 Nos.). * Technical Assistant: Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years experience. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one 'BUILDING' work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.349.50 Lakhs (Rupees Three hundred and forty nine lakh and fifty thousand only) (50% of Proposed contract value) in a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years in a Government Department. Alternatively, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least two 'BUILDING' works in two agreements of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.174.75 Lakhs (Rupees One hundred and seventy four lakh and seventy five thousand only) (25% of Proposed contract value) in any one of the preceding five years. Additionally, the bidder needs to have completed works with a value of at least 150% of the estimated annual value put to tender of the proposed work during any one of the preceding five years, which is Rs.1048.50 Lakhs per year.
