The bidder should have successfully undertaken installation and commissioning of any energy saving project on ESCO model with a minimum aggregate capacity of 5,400 KW in the last 5 years, or successfully undertaken operations and maintenance of any energy saving project on ESCO model with a minimum aggregate installed capacity of 5,400 KW in the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder can be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with manufacturing facilities in India or countries outside India, and should have successfully manufactured and supplied pumpsets with a minimum aggregate capacity of 5,400 KW under a single or two purchase orders, including 1 pumpset of at least 298 KW/ 400 HP capacity in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have successfully undertaken works related to installation and commissioning of Combined Water Supply Schemes (CWSS) involving installation, testing and commissioning of pumping machinery with a minimum aggregate capacity of 5,400 KW in the last 5 years prior to the Bid Due Date. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully undertaken operations and maintenance of any CWSS with a minimum aggregate installed capacity of 5,400 KW for a period of at least 2 years in any of the last 5 years prior to the Bid Due Date. For a bidder to be awarded both packages, they should have a combined technical capacity, including successfully undertaking works related to installation and commissioning of CWSS with a minimum aggregate capacity of 8,300 KW, and operations and maintenance of any CWSS with a minimum aggregate installed capacity of 8,300 KW for a period of at least 2 years. The bidder's share in the Actual Energy Savings should not be more than 70%. If the bidder quotes more than 70% as its share, the Financial Bid will be rejected. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the bidder's share in the Actual Energy Savings. The value of such Project shall be considered only to the extent of percentage share/ ownership of the Bidder in that Consortium/ Joint Venture. A certificate from the statutory auditor or client/ employer should be provided to support the claim for the share in the work done for that particular project. The average annual turnover required is Rs.60.00 crore (Rupees Sixty Crores only) and Rs. 100 crore, and the bidder should have a positive networth as on 31st March of each of the last five financial years. A guaranteed savings of 25% is mentioned, and the share to the authority in monetary terms is calculated as (1-Q%) * E * T * 25%, where Q is the quoted share by the bidder, E is the total baseline energy consumption, and T is the prevailing tariff.
