The bidder should have prior work experience of completing a Steel wire rope elephant proof fence project with a value of not less than Rs.100 lakhs. The Project Manager should have a minimum work experience of 5 years, and the Site Engineer should have a minimum work experience of 2 years. The bidder should also have experience of similar project assignments, with each component carrying 10 marks, and a total of 30 marks. The bidder should have completed elephant proof steel wire rope fence for a total length of at least 3 km and a cumulative value of not less than Rs.100 Lakhs. In terms of percentage, bidders scoring not less than 70% in Technical evaluation will be considered technically qualified. The value of the similar project should be at least Rs.100 lakhs, but no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should submit a work experience/completion certificate of similar Steel wire rope elephant proof fence projects and enclose Experience/Completion Certificates for having executed Steel wire rope fencing project costing for a value not less than Rs.100 lakhs.
