The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for a B.E. (Civil) degree holder. The bidder should also employ two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or two retired junior engineers. For contracts above Rs.1,00,000 and up to Rs.5.00 lakhs, the bidder should have a diploma holder in Civil Engineering or a retired junior engineer. For contracts above Rs.5.00 lakhs and up to Rs.10.00 lakhs, the bidder should have a B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder, or a retired sub-divisional officer/ADE, or a diploma holder with three years of experience. For contracts above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs, the bidder should have a B.E. (Civil) with three years of experience plus a diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent degree holder with three years of experience plus a diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or a retired sub-divisional officer plus a diploma holder in Civil Engineering, or two diploma holders in Civil Engineering with three and five years of experience respectively. For contracts above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have a B.E. (Civil) with three years of experience plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering, or a B.E. (Civil) with three years of experience plus two retired junior engineers, or an equivalent degree holder with three years of experience plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering/two retired junior engineers, or a retired sub-divisional officer (AEE or ADE) plus two diploma holders in Civil Engineering, or a retired sub-divisional officer (AEE or ADE) plus two retired junior engineers. The bidder should produce proof of Experience Certificate from appropriate authorities of having satisfactorily completed the following: Two (2) similar works each of value not less than 40% of the Estimate Value Put to tender during the preceding 5 years prior to date of tender, or One (1) similar work of value not less than 80% of the Estimate Value Put to tender during the preceding 5 years ending prior to date of tender. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved the turnover of 100% of the Estimate Value Put to tender value in any one of the preceding past three years. The contract value is approximately Rs.257.64 lakhs, including GST at 18%, and the earnest money deposit (EMD) amount is Rs.1,39,000, including GST. The percentage of work completed is as follows: - 60% of the work should be completed in the first two months. - 40% of the work (remaining 40% after first two months) should be completed in the next two months, implying 100% of the work should be completed in the next two months after the first two months.
