The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the contract. For contracts above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs, and for contracts above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs, one of the requirements is a B.E. For contracts above Rs. 25.00 lakhs and up to Rs. 50.00 lakhs, and for contracts above Rs. 50.00 lakhs, specific technical staff requirements are mentioned, including B.E. (Civil) holders, Diploma holders, and retired junior engineers or Sub Divisional Officers.
