Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Column footing, Plinth beam and sill beams, RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Slab,Beam & Lintel

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, and including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for the including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections whereever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for the partition walls using hoop iron reinforcement at every fourth course (once in three layers) including cost of rod, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 20 mm., thick in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing bottom boarder work of size 6" depth in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound curing & neat finishing etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Column vertical boarder work of size 1.5" thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound curing & neat finishing etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers (Column vertical groove)

Providing Column neck haunch work 3" to 8" thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound curing & neat finishing etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing GRANOLYTHIC FLOOR FINISH of 40 mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand and four stone jelly) using 6mm to 12mm size hard broken granite stone jelly with water proofing compound etc., as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification in all floors.

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,). complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, applying and finishing the old/new wall surfaces with two coat of plaster of paris putty (white) / colour using best quality colouring pigments. Putty surfaces should be finished smoothly with emery paper as required by the departmental officers etc., Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

PAINTING the wall surface using best quality of TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion Paint of the approved colour and quality as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before us on work). Complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COAT of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work)

Providing Two Legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts (or) best quality of bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.00m + 0.5 m projection + 0.50m up to ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., in a complete form using coirs and nails etc.,Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (first 2.50 m above 3m height)

Supplying and fixing in position of special type wooden flush door shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 38mm thick outer alround fixing with teak wood reeper size 40 x 12 mm over which laminated sheet with 1 mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, SS hydralic hinges, 1ft SS handles with both side, SS hydraulic lock, SS door stopper, SS door closer, 6mm thick glass with sticker of size 0.38 x 1.2 mtrs with Teak wood reeper of size 25 x 12 mm with same colour polish apply in alround glass on both side etc., as directed by the departmental officers. the design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials, including removing the existing door should be got approved from the executive engineer before use on work. (including removing existing door)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) special colour windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc. Complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.)
