The bidder should have completed similar works with a value exceeding Rs. 482.75 Lakhs, which is 50% of the value of the current work. Additionally, the bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of various items of work, including PCC/RCC (378 Cum), Steel (616 Qtl), and Brick Work (181 Cum), under multiple agreements in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work with a cost exceeding Rs. 482.75 Lakhs, which is not less than 50% of the value of the current work, in the preceding five years. The value of the current work is Rs. 965.50 Lakhs, and 50% of this value is Rs. 482.75 Lakhs.
