The required prior work experience for the bidder involves any Civil Engineering Work involving Fabrication and erection of steel structures. The bidder needs to submit a work experience certificate. For certain contracts, specific requirements such as the deployment of qualified engineers and the submission of audited balance sheets are mandatory. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. In case of a tie, the value of similar work done in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year is considered for selecting the tenderer. The tenderer should submit information regarding works completed in the last seven years. The values of similar works completed are as follows: - The amount for Schedule C is 22403324.90 - The amount for Schedule C1 is 21041975.63 Both of these amounts are at par. However, the escalation percentage is not specified for these amounts.
