Supply of steel reinforcement including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Providing and fixing permanently colour coated trapezoidal profiled sheet of depth 28- 30mm at 195- 205mm pitch distance with precisely engineered 'Rib & Flute" design. Profiled sheets shall be min. 0.5mm TCT/0.45mm BMT high tensile zinc aluminium alloy coated zincalume / galvalume steel sheet (550 mpa yield strength) having a coating of mass of 150 gsm zinc-aluminium 1 coating AZ-150 total on both sides as per, AS 1397:1993 finished with 20 microns approved colour coating of Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) / Super Polyester paint coat on exposed surface over a primer coat of 5 microns and a back coat of 5 microns on reverse side over a 5 microns primer coat. There shall be 2 small ribs/square flutes between profiles for providing additional strength. The sheet to be fixed over the purlins with hexagonal head self drilling suitable fasteners with neoprene / EPDM washer on crests of the sheet.

Providing & fixing of coloured galvalume plain sheet flashings at ridges/apex junctions of roofing cladding,cover/corner/barge pieces etc.in required shape,colour duly fixed with stitching screws(with EPDM washers etc. as per site requirement) 601mm to 1200mm width (girth) etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in0charge.(All labour and materials by the contractor)

Suppying and fixing protective screens of size 4.00 X 1.80m made out of steel conforming to IS-2062- 1984(GR A) in threepanels as shown in RDSO plan no. ETI/C/0068 mod "H" including fabricating steel structures conforming to IS 800-62 or its latest version and as follows (i) End panel of size 1.55x1.80m with three sides using MS angle of 35x35x6mm and the gap to be covered with 10G expanded metal of size 50x20mm by means of tack welding. (ii) Middle panel of 3 size 0.90x1.80m with MS TEE of size 50x50x6mm at ends and MS angle 35x35x6mm at top and bottom and the gap to be covered with 16G, GI sheet fitted with 10mm dia GI bolts. (iii) Painting the screens with twocoats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer followed by one coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer of approved quality. (iv) Fitting the screen by means of "J" bolts of size 10mm dia at 300mm centres in the over head structure to suit site conditions. (v) Complete all the works as shown in the plan and also as directed by the Engineer-in- charge with all lead and lift. (All labour and materials by the contractor)

Supply and erection of the form work of specially profiled by high strength zinc coated steel decking with grater corrosion resistance and should act as a permanent form work for a 4 composite concrete slab, in its assembled state to be used as good and safe working platform as well as to support wet concrete. The sheet thickness of minimum 0.7mm for the span of 2.60m to 3.20m with greater and less deflection. The form work should have good interlocking between steel and concrete, it should withstand shear and bearing stresses and satisfy all temporary supports wherever necessary, complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
