Southern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed any of the following during the last 7 years: 1. One similar work, each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. 2. Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. 3. Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. The work experience certificate from a Private individual is not considered, but certificates from Govt Organizations or Public Listed Companies with an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 Crores and above are considered. Documents for technical eligibility criteria, including performance certificates for single similar nature of work, are required to be submitted. The average annual contractual turnover of the tenderer should be minimum, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The tenderer should also submit a list of works on hand, indicating description of work, contract value, approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and date of award. The required prior work experience includes one, two, or three similar works with specific percentage values of 60%, 40%, and 30% of the advertised value of the tender, respectively.
