Repair & leak proofing of sheet areas in platform (OHE traction post areas) with along life seamless PU based exposable elastomeric coating having high elongation and adhesion properties. This includes supply and application of two/three coats of seamless PU based exposable 3 elastomeric coating system of a consumption of 1.5kg/sq.m having elongation more than > 300%, adhesion more than 20kg/sq.cm, shore hardness > 60 and tensile strength at breaking 55 kg/sq.cm. The product should be tested by external laboratory (CEE certified) for service life of 25 years. Including supplying and application of seamless PU based exposable elastomeric coating with suitable primer and layers with necessary reinforcement support on the repaired sheet surface. Supply and application of seamless PU based exposable elastomeric coating system on gutter joints which includes following: (i) Surface preparation - Removal of the existing old damaged bitumen felt/ paint layer ,including all residue of bitumen/paint and primer. (ii) Primer - Supply and application of PU based primer MICROISCALE 50 or similar product @ 100 gm / sq.m (iii) Treatment of Gutter joints: Supply and application of PU sealant (HYPERSEAL EXPERT 150/125 (MS) 4 having elongation . 700-900% over a base coat of micro sealer 50 primer. (iv) Top Coat - Supply and application of seamless PU based exposable elastomeric coating - 1.5 kg/sqm, HYPERDESMO CLASSIC having elongation more than 400% and adhesion more than 20 kg/sqm having shore hardness @ 46<46@ THe product has to be tested by external laboratory (CE certified) for service life of 25 years with a reinforcement layer of 80 gsm geotextiles - 1 m gutter width - 0.7m).The work should be done at gutter ends near down water pipe location duly providing aluminium funnel type arrangement from gutter leading to PVC down water pipe (Location: Near down water pipe, ends of gutter, above stanchion post)

Cleaning of GI sheet roof gutters available in the roof at a height of 3 metre to 15 metre above floor level duly removing the dust, rubbish, silt, debris, dead leaves, etc., and dumping 5 the same 100 metre away from the site and coal tarring one coat using 0.12 litre of coal tar per sqm mixed with water proofing compound of approved make on the cleaned gutter surface and minor holes to be plugged etc., with all labour, materials, lead, lift, tools &plants, scaffolding, stacking. , etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative.(Location:Full gutter length including lap joints in between)

Supplying, fabricating and erecting valley gutter having 1.0m width, made out of 1 0.91mm thick aluminum sheets, the joints shall be made by aluminum welding to make water tight including supplying manufacturing and fixing brackets made out of MS flats 50mm x 6mm at the spacing of 75cm center to center with all labours, materials, tools, plants, equipments, scaffolding and staging etc. complete by the contractor and as directed by Engineer's representative.

Supplying and fixing in position of UPVC rain water pipe of 160mm (outer diameter) to 2 6 kg/sqcm working pressure (Type 'B') conforming to IS.13592 including specials as required and jointing and fixing in position with contractor's jointing materials with all labour, materials, lead, lift, taxes, incidental charges etc, complete by the Contractor and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
