Supply of 4 core 25 sq. mm ISI Marked cross linked polyethelene [XLPE] insulated, PVC outer sheathed, armoured with galvanized round steel wire or steel strip cable with aluminium conductor suitable for 06 rated voltage of 1100 volts grade and conforming to IS:7098 (pt-1)/1988 with amdt.1, 2, 3 (reaffirmed 2005) or latest and Laying/leading of the same in the excavated trench, cable tray, threading through pipe, clamping on walls terminating in as many ends using suitable single compression cable glands and sockets complete in a manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site. Note: Cable shall be supplied by the OEM or their authorized dealers duly producing dealership certificate. Cable shall be tested by CPRI, ERDA, NABL or any other laboratories recognized by Government of India and test certificates shall be produced by the supplier.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia. ISI Marked. High Density Polyethylene pipes of material grade PE-63 and Pressure rating of 6.0 PN conforming to IS: 4984 / 1995 or latest in the excavated trench, clamping on walls / Steel members of platform shelter or elsewhere using suitable fixing arrangement complete in a manner as directed by Section Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply of 63A, TPN, AC 23A duty, sheet steel enclosed Switch Dis-connector Fuse Units conforming to IS: 13947/P1 & P3 /1993 or latest with low watt loss HRC fuse links conforming to IS: 13703/1993 or latest and providing the same onto wall, existing MDB or elsewhere using suitable mounting arrangement in a manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site.

Design, Fabrication, Supply (at site), Erection, Testing and commissioning of Cubicle type floor mounting LT Switch Board complete as per the specification enclosed and in a manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site and comprising of the following 1) 1 no. of 250A, 36kA, TP, MCCB with adjustable 09 thermal and magnetic setting, earth fault relay, shunt trip, rotary handle etc 2) 2 no. of 100A, 30kA, TP, MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting, earth fault relay, shunt trip, rotary handle etc 3) 2 no. of 63A, 30kA, TP, MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting, earth fault relay, shunt trip, rotary handle etc 4) 2 no. of 32A, 30kA, TP, MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting, earth fault relay, shunt trip, rotary handle etc 5) 1 Nos of multi-function panel meter of Class 1 accuracy with RS 485 similar to L&T Cat.No. WL440011OOOO and suitable rated CT. 6) Copper bus bar rated 200A for phase Note : MCCB's shall be conforming to IS: 13947/P2/1993 or latest

Supply of LT earthing arrangements using 3 metre long, 48 to 50mm dia, 2.9mm to 3.2mm wall thickness, copper plated (not less than 250 micron), ISI marked branded MS pipe, terminal hole dia 12mm, pipe 10 inner space filled with high conductive material including 2 bags (25kg to a bag) of earth life compound as per IS 3043 or latest and provision of the same duly by excavating/ auguring of earth pit in all kinds of soil/concrete surface or elsewhere, construction of masonry earth pit enclosure, provision of cover etc., complete including supply / leading / laying / burying and concealing of 4 SWG GI wire from earth electrode to proposed MDB / SDB or elsewhere in a manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site. Note: Masonry earth pit enclosure and cover shall be as per drawing number EL/P/TYPE-1022.

Supply of 4 meters long Octagonal Pole totally hot dip galvanized with minimum of 70 mm dia at top and 130mm dia at the bottom, the plate thickness for pole shall be not less than 3mm, without any intermediate joints, 1 No hot dip galvanized 48mm dia pipe Double Arm arch bracket, Base plate of size not less 12 than 200 X 200 x 12mm with 4 Nos 24mm dia hole, 4 Nos of foundation bolts 20 mm dia -not less than 600mm long with nuts and washers, two numbers of rewireable type porcelain fuse base and fuse carrier having a current rating of 16A and voltage not exceeding 650V between lines and conforming to IS:2086 / 1993 or latest, supply and leading of 3 runs of 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade (conforming to IS: 694/1990 or latest) from the fuse unit to light fitting and erection, testing and commissioning of the above complete as per the specification enclosed and in a manner as directed by Section Engineer-in charge at site

Supply of 45w LED street light fitting suitable to work on 240V single phase 50 Hz AC supply with 13 lamp and all standard accessories as per the specification enclosed and provision of the same onto new lampposts including supply connection from ceiling rose by using 3 core 1.0 sq. mm PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed copper [White/Ivory colour] conductor flexible chord in a manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site.
