The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or having executed construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than 2.5 times the Estimated Project Cost. Additionally, the bidder must have completed or substantially completed at least one Eligible Project of Railway Sector of value not less than 35% of the Estimated Project Cost. In case of Consortium/Joint Venture, the other members must have completed or substantially completed at least one Eligible Project of Railway Sector of value not less than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost. At least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capacity shall be from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The value and percentage of similar works completed include 75% of the present contract value for Substantially Completed Work, 35% of the Estimated Project Cost for Eligible Project of Railway Sector, and 10% of the Estimated Project Cost for Eligible Project of Railway Sector in case of Consortium/Joint Venture. The bidder should have received cumulative payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully or partially, during the last 5 previous financial years and the current financial year, with a minimum total receipts for Eligible Projects of Rs.* crore. However, receipts of less than Rs.* crore shall not be reckoned as receipts/execution of Eligible Projects. The value of similar works completed should not be less than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost.
