Supply and fixing of Cable encasing pipe of 'B' class GI pipes 50mmDia including one number of clamp made out of MS flat of 40mm x6mm size, one per meter length of pipe and cable sealing compound units open end where ever required and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire, for earth continuity confirming to IS 12776 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer at site.

Supply and fixing of cable route indicator made of cast iron plate type as per drawing No: CEE/CN/MS/11-2004 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer at site.

Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG cables up to & including 50 sqmm sizes in the excavated cable trench / on building walls / sheds / shelters etc., as per IS.No:1255 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer at site. Note: LTUG Cables only will be supplied by Railways.

Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG power cables up to and including the size of above 50 11 sq.mm and up to 240 sq.mm sizes in the excavated trench/on Building walls/Sheds/Shelters etc., as per IS No:1255 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer at site. Note: LTUG Cables only will be supplied by Railways.

Fabrication, Supply and fixing of Cable fixing clamps of suitable sizes made out of MS flat of 40mm x 6mm size including painting suitable for clamping/fixing of LTUG cables on the walls/ building/ sheds/ shelters etc., using bolts and nuts as desired by Section Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply and fixing of PVC conduits of 25 mm Dia confirming to IS:9537/P3/1983 or latest(ISI Marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm and of the following sizes along with, all accessories on wall surfaces and clamped at regular intervals as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and Fixing of SMC box of size 150x150x150mm with 1 no of 6A strip connector and one fuse unit 16A,including locking arrangements on existing stanchion/portal/column/wall as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring (single phase) including termination by 2 nos. of 6 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS 15 type flexible copper cable conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through PVC conduit already fixed by concealed/open manner. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site(2 nos. of 6 sqmm copper cable wire and 1 No of 14 SWG tinned copper shall be taken as 1 Mtr for measurement purpose).

Supply and wiring (single phase) including termination by 2 nos. of 4 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS 16 type flexible copper cable conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through PVC conduit already fixed by concealed/open manner. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site(2 nos. of 4 sqmm copper cable wire and 1 No of 14 SWG tinned copper shall be taken as 1 Mtr for measurement purpose).

Supply and wiring (single phase) including termination by 2 nos. of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS 17 type flexible copper cable conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through PVC conduit already fixed by concealed/open manner. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site(2 nos. of 2.5 sqmm copper cable wire and 1 No of 14 SWG tinned copper shall be taken as 1 Mtr for measurement purpose).

Supply of all materials required and three phase wiring by 4 nos of 10.0 sq.mm PVC insulated 18 FRLS type flexible copper cable conforming to IS.No:694,1100 V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire/10.0 sq.mm flexible copper cable through PVC conduit pipe already fixed. The Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site(4 nos of 10.0 sq.mm copper cable and 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper shall be taken as 1 Mtr for measurement purpose)

Supply and wiring including termination for lights, fans and calling bell points etc. by 3 nos. of 1.5 19 sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper cable, conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade, through existing PVC pipes already laid with, three plate ceiling rose and other accessories. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site (Up to 3 m long points).

Supply and wiring including termination for lights, fans and calling bell points etc. by 3 nos. of 1.5 20 sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper cable, conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade, through existing PVC pipes already laid with, three plate ceiling rose and other accessories. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site. (Above 3 m and up to and including 7 m long points).

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of 04 way modular switch box with metallic flush box as base, mounting plate (modular white plate) like "LEGRAND Mylinc model" confirming to latest IS 22 specification complete in an approved manner. The boxes are to be fixed firmly after doing the following works at the location where the boxes are to be fixed:(1) Required opening for fixing the modular metallic switch box to be made by cutting the wall without causing major damage to wall (2) Unwanted projections are to be chipped and the wall surface is to be made even, (3) The wall surface is to be plastered to the present level of the wall surrounding the board. (4) The gap between box and wall surface to be filled with suitable filling material.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of 1 way 6A modular switch like "LEGRAND Mylinc 23 model" confirming to latest IS specification complete on the appropriate modular switch boxes already erected including internal wiring connection in the modular switch box complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of modular type socket 6Asocket, 2/3Pin, flush 24 type like "LEGRAND Mylinc model" confirming to latest IS specification complete on the appropriate modular boxes already erected including internal wiring connection and earth connection to earth terminal in switch board by 1.5sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of Dummy plate suitable for modular box mentioned in the schedule No; 22 wherever required with necessary fixing by suitable screws & nuts in approved manner as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site.

Supply, Fixing,Testing and commissioning of 20Watts,4 feet LED Light fitting with 26 Polycarbonate/Metallic body with operating voltage 150-270 V,IP-65 with LED Batten and LED Tube complete with 5 years warranty. Fitting shall be fixed on side wall/ceiling with TW round blocks including wiring by 3 C x1.0 sqmm PVC insulated & sheathed round flexible copper cable in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and Fixing of 125 A TPN Switch Disconnector fuse with powder coated sheet steel enclosure the switch shall be front operated, cubicle type with HRC fuse links complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply at site, erection, testing & commissioning of Three-phase vertical type TPN MCB 06 Way distribution board phosphatised and powder coated, double door with supply and fixing of 1 Nos. of 63 amps FP MCB, as incoming control with 04 Nos. of 40 amps TP MCBs outgoing control, all of 10 KA breaking capacities, 28 including internal wiring by suitable wire and incoming cable termination using suitable terminal block with suitable cable gland, earthing / neutral din channel complete with all accessories duly making necessary opening on the wall and masonry work for controlling power/lighting/fan circuits in each building in an approved manner as directed by the section in charge at site.. Note: 1.Bi-metallic washers must be provided for AL & Cu joints and for others GI bolts, Nuts & washers must be used. 2.Cable termination shall be using GI bolts & nuts with flat and spring washers &lugs invariably. 3. Board shall be fixed in concealed manner.

Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning of cubical type panel MDB, back to wall type 29 with the following switch gear & indication accessories, (1) FP-250 amps MCCB as incomer -1 No. with (2) FP - 100 amps MCCB-4 Nos as outgoing, Including copper bus bar of sizes, measuring/indicating devices, etc as per the detailed specification enclosed in Annexure - II and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply, erection and testing of L.T. Earthing arrangements duly stenciling of Earth Pit No., resistance value, date etc., as per Drg. no. CEE/CN/MS/16-2004, including supply and laying of earth continuity wire GI, 6 SWG wire of required length as directed by Engineer in charge at site.
