Southern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed specific similar works within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar works involve installation of wiring/ lighting with 240v, 1 phase or 415v, 3 phase system with control gear and protection arrangements in residential buildings or service buildings or railway stations/ yards or colony/ highway lightings in Central/State Governments and PSUs. Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. The minimum average annual contractual turnover is V/N crores or V crores, whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work.
