Removing day to day minor blockage at various location including removal of minor 6 pipeline blockage, in IC and blockage in gully trap including disposing the silt with maximum lead of 400m within railway limit with all lead,lift, discent, labour, tools &plant, incidental charges etc.,complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative. Removing major blockage including employing jet roding machinery , wire rope,compresser air etc., for removing blockage in between manhole and IC's inside pipeline of dia. 7 Varying from 0.10mto 0.30m including removing silt from the concerned manhole duly disposal the silt with maximum lead of 400m with in railway limit with all lead,lift, discent, labour, tools &plant, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's Representative. Removing major blockage at various locations when the pipeline completely blocked and required to break the pipe line duly excavating the earth below ground level upto bottom of pipe 8 line to require size using JCB and removing blockage using machinery and rejointing the pipe line to the original condition and refilling the earth back. The rate includes cost of labour, hire charge of JCB, jointing the pipe line to the original condition using Railways stoneware pipe,lead,lift, jointing materials etc.,and as directed by the Engineer's Representative. Removing silt from IC of inner size 0.45m x 0.45m to 0.90m x0.90m and depth varying 9 from0.30m to 1.00m at various locations including disposing the silt with a maximum lead of400m within Railway limit as directed with all lead,lift,discent, labour, tools &plant, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's Representative. Note: The unit 'Each' shall be read as 'Each occasion'

Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for leveling and dressing ground 10 /dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not bemore than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

Providing and fixing 110mmdia. PVC soil waste and vent pipes including all fittings and fastenings like bend, elbow, tee etc., whatever required ,jointing and laying with all labour, materials, lead, lift etc., complete and as directed by the engineer in charge at site.

Providing and fixing 110mm PVC Plain bend of the required degree with access door inclusive of 3mm thick bitumastic felt washer, bolts and nuts, complete, including jointing and cost of spun yarn and sand etc. complete.

Taking out flat back or angular lipped urinal basin, tec., complete with all parts including making good the walls complete, if required.

Maintenance of Existing Water supply distribution( Night Duty and day duty) in Railway Hospital premises at GOC as required by pumping water from bore wells / fillter house delivery lines / near by GLR , individual HSTs / blocksas required. The time of pumping, regulating valves in distribution system with in Railway Hospital campus by regulating valve arrangements with 2 contractors man power(Valve man) including attending emergency leakages through pipeline taps etc., cost includes man power, tools and plants, scaffolding arrangements etc., complete. Materials will be supplied by the Railways. Duty time 20.00hrs to 08.00 hrs with4 hours rest in between. No extra allowances will be paid, rest giver should be arranged by the contractor with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. the term per shift means for day shift -08.00 hrs- 20.00hrs and Night shift 20.00hrs - 08.00 hrs)

Cleaning of open terrace and sloped roof of service building and other buildings, removing of unwanted dust,dry leaves etc., and disposing the same to outside the railway premises 3 to avoid rain water stagnations with necessary men and tools etc., complete two times in a year( prior to monsoon or during monsoon or whenever required) with all labour,tools and plant, lead, lift, dispose the debris etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative. Note :- Payment to be made by ensuring service building roof area only.

Cleaning of rank vegetation using Petrol operated bush cutting machine ( either with 4 string or blade) with contractors machine including cost of labour, machinery, fuel, dispose the debris at nominated location etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative. Periodicity & location- Rear side of Mortuary back side - Once in 2 months or when ever required.

Supply and filling of crushed stone sand ( M.Sand) as perclause 26.1.3 of Indian 5 Railway unified standard specifications for works and materials 2010 in plinth and under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc., with all labour, material, lead,lift, tools and plant etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's Representative.

Removing silt, garbage, debris etc., from existing storm water open drain/culverts with depth from 15cm to 60cm of approved cross section and longitudinal gradient etc., including clearing all bushes to ensure effective discharge and disposing excavated/removed materials for filling low lying area with a maximum lead of 400m with in Railway limit as directed without any contravention to local by laws by all contractor's means, with all lead, lift, descent, labour, tools and plant, disposal, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's Representative. Removing the sludge completely from the existing septic tanks, collection wells etc., at various locations and disposing the sludge and effluent suitably outside Railway limit as directed 7 without any contravention to local by laws by all contractor's means,cleaning all the sides of of tank, well, chambers etc., with wire brush, with all lead, lift, descent,labour, tools and plant,disposal, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's Representative ( For removing sludge in the septic tank, collection well which is connected with the underground sewerage system where the flow of sewage is continuous)

Cleaning of sewer line of size varying from 100mm dia, to 300mm dia, at inlets and between manholes, inspection chambers, gully trap chamber etc., duly removing all silt, garbage, 8 debris etc., to ensure effective discharge without causing any damage to existing system and disposing the silt with a maximum lead of 400m within Railway limit as directed with all lead, lift, descent. labour, toolsand plants, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's Representative.

Periodical cleaning the existing sedimendation tank ( Presettlement tank) of specified capacities by approved cleaning process consisting of mechanical dewatering, sludge removal, preventing growth of slimes, incrustation or deposits by flushing and swabbing using contractor's cleaning agents such as bleaching powder and wire brush etc., both inside and outside at a nominated time intervals without affecting Drainage system including checking ventilator outlets to 9 prevent pollution and cleaning guard against breeding and bird dropping, keeping the level recorder in working order at all times and disposing of all silts etc., suitably without any contravention with local by laws with all labour, materials, lead, lift, descent, tools and plants consumables, supervisions, taxes, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by Engineer's representative. (Individual septic tanks which not connected with sewerage system requires removal by using lorries fitted with compressor motor pump). Note: The Unit 'Each' shall be read as 'Each Tank.
