Supply and using Cement at Worksite Ordinary Portland Cement 43 grade approved brands/makes

Supplying providing and fixing 5 mm thick Geosynthetic composite concrete canvas 1 mat (flexible concrete impregnated fabric that harden when hydrated to form a thin durable water proof and fire resistant concrete layer within 24hrs) in the joints of RCC box segments of small opening bridges / subway / limited height box subway and other required work with all contractor's materials, adhesives, tools labours, etc., complete.

Supply of Completion Drawing as per work done at site in Ao /A1 size in scale of 1:100 showing the details of Plan, Elevation, Longitudinal section and Cross section of completed bridge/LUS. The Completion Drawing to be prepared in Auto CAD. A draft print out of the completed drawing to be submitted to SSE/Drg , bridge section of this office along with site details signed by the SSE/Works & ADEN for scrutiny and taking the final print out of completion drawing on good quality tracing film. All men and materials & conveyance etc., by the contractor. Payment will be made after the acceptance of competent authority.

Drilling Borehole of 100/150mm diameter using rotary drilling rig,Bore hole in all types of soil upto 10m, deep or very dense/very hard strata having N value more than 50, whichever is met earlier, (i) Conducting standard penetration test at regular intervals at 1.5m (ii) Collecting disturbed 3 soil samples in case of cohesion less soil layers and undisturbed soil samples in case of cohesive soil layers (iii) observing and recording ground water table at 24 Hours Transportation if required to correlating with the BoreHole point fields details and its location, instruments, Working Platforms, Ladder, water arrangments etc., with all labour tools and plants, lead and lift, consumables, are to be borne by the contractor at his own cost and as directed by the Engineer's representative

Carrying out necessary labortory tests like determination of Classification of soil content, natural moisture content, Free Swell Index, Shrinkage Limit, Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit, 4 Plasticity Index,Seive analysis, specific gravity, Direct Shear Test,as per Indian standard codes, Conducting tests in the very dense/ very hard soil strata upto N value of 50, whichever or is met earlier(if the observed N values are more than 50 the same shall be ascertained in further depths of minimum 3m,Safe Bearing Capacity of Soil all tools and plants of testing equipments and charges., directed by the Engineer's representative

Extra over item.No.031130 for using RH / Temporary girder of length above 16.3m and 5 up to 26.00 using Road crane capacity of 80 MT. Note: The payment for this item shall be made for the clear inner cross section area of the parent RCC Box/Boxes and barrel length i.e. clear inner volume of parent RCC Box/Boxes.

Design of sheet pile will be inside the scope of the work & shall be approved by Geotechnical consultant, Supplying, Cutting, Fixing and Fabricating Steel Sheet pile of required shape, size, thickness, depth and weight conforming to IS-2314 including loading, unloading, leading assembling and driving at site as directed by site engineer including all labour, material and taxes as a complete job. Work shall be executed as per provisions of Appendix-VII of IRS-BI-2001 and provisions contained in chapter 21 of Indian Railway Unified standard specifications. Note: 1. The 6 working section is single line between Villupuram to katpadi which is electrified 2.The necessary traffic cum OHE Blocks will be arranged and provided normally of duration varying from 90min to 120min daily. 3. Minimum 2no of vibro hammers haveto be deployed in order to optimize the use of traffic cum OHE block. 4. Since the block is to be carried out,at manned and interlocked level crossings, all out efforts will be made to provide the site clear of S&T and other cable. 5. The work is to be executed in close vicinity of running track having 25KV traction, all necessary protection and precaution will have to be taken. 6. Arrangement for Gas cutting Equipment must be made by the contractor during the block to clear and infringement happening due to sheet piling"

Rebate for the sheet pile taken out after completion of block for launching of RCC 7 boxes with all necessary Vibro hammers and other T&P required as complete. Note 1:Minimum 2no's Vibro Hammers have to bedeployed in order to optimize the use of traffic cum OHE shadow block. 2. Minimum permissible retention time for sheet pile at site will be 6 months. 3.The released material shall be the property of contractor.

Leading of temporary arrangements viz, Temporary girder, staging etc., to drg no/or 8 equivalent as a whole /splitting the girder into 2/4 segments from available location to work site including loading, leading by suitable capacity trailor truck ,unloading and assembling the girder and providing all fittings including all lead, lift,tools and plants, labour etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. a)initial lead up to 20kms

Providing and fixing permanently colour coated trapezoidal profiled sheet of depth 28- 10 30mm at 195- 205mm pitch distance with precisely engineered 'Rib & Flute" design. Profiled sheetsshall be min. 0.5mm TCT/0.45mm BMT high tensile zinc aluminium alloy coated zincalume / galvalume steel sheet (550 mpa yield strength) having a coating of mass of 150 gsm zinc-aluminium coating AZ- 150 total on both sides as per, AS 1397:1993 finished with 20 microns approved colour coating of Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) / Super Polyester paint coat on exposed surface over a primer coat of 5 microns and a back coat of 5 microns on reverse side over a 5 microns primer coat. There shall be 2 small ribs/square flutes between profiles for providing additional strength. The sheet to be fixed over the purlins with hexagonal head self drilling suitable fasteners with neoprene / EPDM washer on crests of the sheet

Provision of temporary diversion to the existing level crossing at appropriate location,forming approach road from the embankment with the same slope as exists, duly cutting the 11 existing approach road along with shifting of height gauges,gate posts, check rails, paver slab painting and finishing the LC surface, providing a layer of moorum top of thickness not less than 15cm, connecting the temporary approach road to the existing road to facilitate construction of subway in the same alignment to level crossings etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by Engineer's representative.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 5HP diesel pump with all accessories 12 including suction pipe and delivery pipe with foot valve of required length and commissioning with all materials, labor, tools and plants, machinery, consumables etc. complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer in-charge
