Supply, fabrication and fixing of steel barricade arrangements on both approaches of ROB proper which includes W beam,posts, spacers, etc, complete asper the approved working 1 drawings with necessary foundation concrete, embedding/ fixing, bolting and welding as required with contractor's supply of necessary fixing accessories such as bolts and nuts etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer -in charge with all lead and lift etc, complete. (All labour, tools, materials, road vehicles, consumable stores, crew etc., are to be borne by the contractor)

Surface preparation and protective coating of RCC/PSC girders, T beams, slabs, parapets & sub structurewith Epoxy Phenolic IP Net paints priming, intermediate &polyurethane top coats as per the latest specification of CBRI/Roorkee withcontractor's labour, materials, scaffolding 2 arrangements, equipments etc complete without any infringements to traffic and as directed by the Engineerin- charge Note: (i) Surface preparation includes extension of drainage spout holes with 300mm long PVC pipes of suitable diameter and filling with epoxy mortar. The cost of PVC pipes & epoxy mortar will be borne by the tenderer (ii) The bridges in ADEN KRR Sub Div. section is coming under OHE area. The work in the vicinity of OHE has to be carriedout under power block (iii) The scaffolding arrangements should not infringe with moving dimensions (iv) The IP Net coats have to be procured from the approved suppliers of CBRI/Roorkee (v) The supply of paints shall be with manufacturer's test certificate.

Providing temporary barricade with MS plpes duly lying with suoitable clamps, bolts & 3 nuts, rivetting, welding including all pipes, consumbales, welding crew to be borne by contractor only duly providing warning boards on all sides for bridge users and removing the same after casting new RCC paraper
