Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of exterior BIS registered 75W LED RGBW flood lighting luminaire for facade lighting with Die-cast aluminum housing, powder-coated finish, minimum system lumen efficacy equal to or greater than 50lm/w. The luminaire shall be capable of producing dynamic color changing light with 16 million colors as the light fixture should be programmable using 8-bit control DMX512 protocol / Ethernet-based control. The luminaire should be complete with a dedicated Lens made up of UL/VDE approved PC for each LED, offering beam angles of different types such as narrow, medium, wide, or elliptical as per the site requirement. Fixture with constant locking hinges for simple position control from various angles without special tools. The fixture shall be suitable to operate at an ambient temperature range of -30°C to 50°C and the complete luminaire shall be IP66 and IK07 rated. LED Lifetime shall be at least L70B50 @ 50,000 4 burning hours at 50°C. LED should be of NICHIA/OSRAM/SEOUL/PHILIPS LUMILEDS/CREE/LEDNIUM/AVAGO make. DMX enabler circuit should be inside the Luminaire only. Luminaire shall be complete with integrated BIS IP 66/67 potted driver and capable of operating at line voltage from 90-305 Vac, 50Hz with power factor > 0.9. The product should be BIS-approved with the R number mentioned on the product label. To be supported with Product test reports - LM79, BIS Report, and LEDs Test Reports. Luminaire shall conform to BIS i.e. IS 10322 (Part 5/Sec 5) and shall be complete with all necessary accessories required for the proper working of the fixture including weatherproof connection cables, waterproof connectors, etc. as required. This includes crane charges if any for height work.(Warranty Period of 5 years). All test reports and technical data sheets are to be submitted to the competent authority for approval. After installation, assembling, and commissioning contractor should ensure that all parts of the light are properly fixed and put it into running condition. The entire work should be carried out as per the instructions of Site Engineer. Testing of the fixtures to be done in the presence of Site Engineer for a minimum period of 1 week.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Sky cove LED RGB flexible strip light strip 5 mtr long (1 roll) with 7.2 watt per meter with driver Model, LED strip should have 30 nos LEDs per meter through out the length with the silicon cover. The strip should have IP 68 protection and should have cover Glue Injected with 5 polyurethane. , the nominal voltage should be DC 24V, working temperature range should be between -20 deg C to +50deg c. work should be completed with necessary factory made weather proof cable, lenses and external power and data supply[if any]. suitable fixing arrangement as required complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge, warranty:-5 years, electrical safety class: class 1 (The work to be executed as per direction of engineer in charge at site)

Supply Erection testing and commissioning of DMX signal cable / shielded Cat. 6 or better data cable shall be used for digital communication networks. Size and quantity of cable shall be as per site requirement and as directed by SSE Incharge. Copper lugs, glands of proper size shall be used for connections.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DMX Splitter with Input Voltage range : 100- 240V 50-60Hz AC, Power Consumption 4W/8W max. Housing is made of polycarbonate with powder coated finish Mounting, 19 inch rack mountable, Operation Temperature -17°C to +55°C, 5 Output with 5pin XLR terminal sockets, Ingress Protection Rating IP20. This unit takes the DMX Signal from DMX Controller & split the 8 signal into 5 DMX output per universe/10 DMX output for double rack versions. The output terminals of Splitters are optically isolated from the input. Splitters should be capable to amplify the DMX signal & allowing the data link to be extended by max. 300 m (1044 ft.) using AWG 22 DMX cable or 150 m (500 ft.) using AWG 24 DMX cable or maximum 20-25 fixture per output channel. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning, of DMX Controller for the system including all other accessories required for the running of the system Controller should have Input Power 5-12V DC and Output Protocol DMX512 with 4 universe, 2 universe should work in Stand Alone Mode and 2 universe should work in live mode with laptop/ tablet / computer. The universe should be expandable from 2 to 4 DMX512 universes. It should be compatible for Programmability with PC, Mac, Tablet, Smartphone by using USB & Ethernet. DMX controller should have network controllability feature to control the scene remotely through LAN and triggered via UDP packets on port 2430. OS Requirements for the controller is Mac OS X 10.8-10.12, Windows 7/8/10/11. Standards should be EC, EMC, ROHS. The controller should have a variety of features including 2048 DMX channels, clock/calendar, iPhone/iPad/Android remote control, Ethernet facilities, dry contact port triggering and multi-zone SD card memory. Network synchronization of one area across hundreds of universes with the possibility of 99 scenes across 5 areas with auto clock triggering for sunrise and sunset and as per the festivals for specific occasions. Device should be equipped with meta; clamp to mount on wall. Facade lighting product and its driver should be compatible with DMX controller. To be provided with IP 66 polycarbonate enclosure. Supply and laying of 4CX2.5sqmm XLPE insulated armoured copper cable suitable for Rated Voltage of 1100V grade and conforming to IS 7098 part I with amendment number 1 2 and 3 reaffirmed 2005 or latest and IS 8130 with latest amendments and with ISI marking. Cable shall be supplied by the OEM or their authorized dealer duly producing dealership certificate Cable shall be tested by CPRI ERDA NABL or any other laboratories recognized by the Govt. of India test certificate and OEM warranty certificate shall be produced by the supplier along with the supply of the cable.

Supply and termination of Polyamide cable glands & copper lugs suitable for terminating 4C x 2.5 sqmm XLPE Insulated armoured copper cable. Cable Glands - Cable shall be terminated using double compression type cable glands. Testing requirements of Cable glands shall conform to BS:6121 and gland shall be of robust construction capable of clamping cable and cable armour (for armoured cables) firmly without injury to insulation. Cable glands shall be made of heavy duty brass machine finished and nickel chrome plated.Thickness of plating shall not be less than 10 micron. All washers and hardware shall also be made of 14 brass with nickel chrome plating Rubber components shall be of neoprene or better synthetic material and of tested quality.Cable glands shall be suitable for the sizes of cable supplied/erected. Cables to be terminated - Unarmored HT power cables, Armoured and Unarmored LT power cables, unarmored Control cables and unarmored Screened (instrumentation) cables 2. Cable Lugs - Cable lugs for power cables shall be tinned copper solderless crimping type suitable for copper compacted conductor cables. Cable lugs and ferrules for control cables shall be tinned copper type. All power cable lugs shall be Single hole type. The cable lugs for control cables and screened/instrumentation cables shall be pin type and shall be provided with insulating sleeve. Cable lugs and ferrule shall conform to DIN standards.

Supply Erection testing commissioning of 14 SWG GI Earth wire including binding with 16 SWG GI 15 wire complete Hard drawn GI, 14 SWG shall be erected at site as per requirement and is should be bind with 16 SWG GI wire in proper manner, nuts check nuts to be fixed from underside the bottom bracket with one set of nut on the top and other set of at the bottom to keep the wire in position for supporting/ terminating of the guard wire.The work shall be done in an approved manner as per the site conditions and instructions of field Engineer

Supply and Installation of Junction Boxes, Pipes & flexible conduit of FRP JB (IP 65) Size:139x119x70 mm with stud type terminal suitable for terminating 4c x 2.5 sq.mm XLPE armoured cable,The junction box be 2.7 mm thick with electrically insulated body shock proof, connector leads and control equipped 16 with 1 nos.16 amps rewireable fuse and its neccessary cutout. The box should be of front door opening with rubber gasket to make it water tight. The junction box shall be vermin proof having rubber bushes at cable entry.The junction box shall be mounted on pole/ wall etc at the height of 1.50 mtrs or as per site condition by providing MS clamps of suitable size. Color of junction box shall be got approved before erection. The junction box shall be erected in an approved manner as per the site condition and instructions of field Engineer.

Supply fitting fixing of 25 watts all in one solar street light (LED based) consist of white LED 18 luminaire (LED + Driver) rating as per configuration along with Solar PV modules and LiFePO4 battery of given capacity, necessary control electronics, interconnecting wires/ cables, module mounting structures, etc. to operate from dusk to dawn. The tenderer must provide the LED street light that conforms to the technical specification As per annexure I.

Supply of MS work of miscellaneous size and for cable tray etc including painting complete.

Fabrication fixing and erection of MS work of miscellaneous size, riveted, bolted or welded in built 20 up sections including cutting, grinding and straightening, drilling, riveting, handling, hoisting and fixing in position etc. including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. and duly painted with fine finish with contractors steel and materials. The work shall be done as per the site requirement in an approved manner and as per the instructions of field supervisor.

Supply and fixing of PVC conduits (IVORY colour) of 25 mm Dia confirming to IS:9537/P3/1983 or latest(ISI Marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm along with, all accessories on wall surfaces and clamped at regular intervals, as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring (Single phase) including termination by using 2 Nos. of 4.0 sq.mm PVC insulated 23 FRLS type flexible copper cable conforming to IS.No:694, 1100 V grade with 1 No. of 14 SWG tinned copper wire/4.0 sq.mm flexible copper cable through the PVC pipe already laid.Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer incharge at site. (2 Nos. of 4.0 Sq.mm Copper cable and 1 No. of 14 SWG tinned copper wire shall be taken as 1 Mtr. for measurement purpose).

Supply and wiring of 2 Nos. of 2.5sqmm PVC insulated flexible copper wire & 1 No. of 1.5 Sq.mm 24 PVC insulated multi strand copper wire including supply and fixing of PVC conduit/casing and capping with all accessories like round block, ceiling rose, flexible wire for connecting lights,fan fittings etc as per specification. (2 Nos. of 2.5 Sq.mm Copper cable and 1 No. of 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated multi strand copper wire shall be taken as 1 Mtr. for measurement purpose). PVC conduit/casing and capping to be used as per site condition.

Supply, erection and testing of L.T. Earthing arrangements duly stenciling of Earth Pit No.,resistance value, date etc., as per Drg. no. CEE/CN/MS/16-2004, including supply and laying of earth continuity wire GI, 6 SWG wire of required length and as directed by Engineer incharge at site.
