Officers Rest House at Thiruvarur -2 suits: Charges for general safeguarding, maintenance, cleaning of entire building and surroundings, garden and all equipment and materials inside and outside the rest houses and providing hospitality services for the period of 24 months from the date of issue of acceptance letter viz.,i) Cleaning and moping entire carpet area of building using with perfumed sanitizer/floor cleaning liquid, after sweeping. ii) windowsill cleaning and washing - once in fortnight. iii)Window glass to be cleaned once in a week with soft soap liquid. iv) Wash basin should be cleaned with antigerm liquid every day. v) Bathroom and closet to be cleaned with disinfectant every day. vi) Bathtub to be cleaned every week with antigerm liquid. vi) Cupboard are maintained and provided with fragrance sachet once in fortnight. vii) Window curtains to be washed once in fort night. (which is to be paid separately). viii) Utilities like Plates, cups and tray 1 should be cleaned after usage. ix) Glass topped teapoy to be cleaned with proper liquid spray. x) On day of occupation the guest should be provided with toiletries, cosmetics (like sample soap, shampoo, paste, toothbrush and comb) xi) One popular English Newspaper to be given for guest in every morning. xii) Front portico should be broomed and cleaned every day and surroundings. xiii) Rent collected from occupants should be remitted to the booking office of TVR station in consultation with SSE/W/TVR. All cleaning equipment liquids/gels in disinfectors labour and consumable complete by the contractor cost around with lawn/plantation within boundary by providing at least 2 men on 12 hours shift per day with reliever on holidays including national holidays and Sundays without causing any loss or damage to existing arrangements or hindrance to occupants as per special conditions of contract, complete by the contractor and as directed by Engineer's representative. - Officer's rest house at Thiruvarur -2 suits at least two men on 12 hours shift per day with rest giver reliever on Holidays and Sundays.

Supply of Dish TV /Big TV/TATA SKY or similar TV including set-top box, cables, 2 accessories for each suite and installation, rental charges and maintaining of individual DTH service for each suits including HD channels of package containing 210 channels. (for 2 suits x one month x 24 months = 48 months).

Washing bed sheets/linens and pillow covers etc., including collection of soiled 3 materials softeners of approved quality etc., ironing, folding, keeping safely in Railways shelves/cupboardsfrom suites using contractors' detergents, bleaching agents, starch stiffeners, blue, every day according to usage. and as per the special conditions of contract with all material, labor, lead, lift, descent, tools and plant, collection, handing, washing, stacking, washing machines, consumables, supervision, taxes, incidental charges etc., complete by the contractor and as directed by Engineer's representative. Note: Other non-occupation days, washing not required. 1(a) White/colored Bed sheet cotton double bed size (2 suits x 1 bed sheet x 200 times washes per year x 2 years = 800 washes). Note: The unit each means " each wash"
