Painitng of point machines and ground fitings including rodding etc as instructed by the 3 engineer incharge. The work involves scrapping of old paint, applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of black paint on the inside and outside the point machine and painting of particulars on the cover of point machine as instructed by Rly representative at site. (Black paint, red oxide and all other materials to be supplied by the contractor)

Painting of LC gate panel including all particulars. (The work in volves Scrapping the 4 existing old paint, cleaning, smoothering, painting with existing colour of good quality superior enamel paint (two coats) as instructed by Railway Representative at site. (Paint and all other materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor)

Releasing of damaged / corroded Full GRS box and Erecting new Full GRS box in the same 5 foundation. The work involves transporting, loading & unloading the Full GRS box from stores depot to site, releasing the damaged / corroded Full GRS without damaging the existing Termination Boards/ Terminals/ Hard wood shelf plank/ Relay frame/ Batteries/ Charger/ Transformer / Earthing arrangement etc, erecting the new Full GRS location box on the same foundtaion, refixing the Termination Boards / Terminals / hard wood shelf plank/ relay frame/ Batteries / Chartger/ Transformer/ earthing arrangements, etc. on the newly erected GRS Box as it was, release the E-type lock from the old location box and refix them on the newly erected GRS box, writing termination and location particulars on the doors of apparatus cases, closing the side openings of appartus case foundation with cement plaster, and transporting, loading & unloading back the released GRS box from site to stores depot. (Supply of Full GRS box is not included in this schedule). [Bolt, nut, washer, cement, sand, paint and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor]

Painting of existing Apparatus case Full size ( External only ) . The work involves 6 scrapping, cleaning, smoothening the surface and applying one coat of Aluminium paint on outside the apparatus case as instructed by Railway representative at site. [ Aluminium paint all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor].

Painting of existing Apparatus case half size ( External only ) . The work in volves 7 scrapping, cleaning, Smoothening the surface and applying one coat of Aluminium paint on outside the apparatus case as instructed by Railway representative at site. [ Aluminium paint all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor]

Painting of TLD Boxes.The work involves scrapping of old paints, applying two coat of black paints and painting of Track circuit paticulars as instructed by Railway Representative at site.( Black paint , white paints and all other materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor).

Painting of existing colour light Signals. The work in volves scraping and cleaning the 9 surface, applying one coat of Aluminium/ enamel paint on the Signals - complete as instructed by Railway representative at site. [Aluminium paint, black paint and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor].

Painting of Axle counter deflector plate. The work involves scrapping, cleaning, 11 smoothening the surface and applying two coat of enamel paint as instructed by Railway representative at site. [ Enamel paint and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor].

Painting of existing Goods Warning Board, Supply and fixing of reflectors ( Scotch lite Strips (14 Nos ) & Painting of Rail post also included in this schedule ( Paints and all the required materials shall be supplied by the Contractor )

Painting of Earth pits with Black enamel (two coats), writing the value with white enamel and projected part of earth pipe with Aluminium Paint. (Paint and all other items for the successful completion of the work shall be supplied by the contractor).

Painting of Signal and Location foundation with two or more coating of water proofing cement paint of required shade. (Including water proofing cement paint and all other materials required for the work)

Painting of ground lever frame, rodding arrangement etc. (for LC gate boom locking) The 15 work involves scrapping of old paint, applying two coats of red oxide / black paint as instructed by Rly representative at site. (Black paint, red oxide and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by contractor)

Painting of Block instrument (Exterior). The work involves scrapping of old paint, applying two coats of grey enamel/green enamel paints as instructed by the Rly representative at site. Grey enamel/Green enamel paint, white paint and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor

Painting of SM panel including all particulars. (The work involves Scrapping the existing old 17 paint, cleaning, smoothening, painting with existing colour of good quality superior enamel paint (two coats) as instructed by Railway Representative at site. (Paint and all other materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor).

Alteration to terminal/ relay particulars at location boxes & relay racks by updating 18 terminal particulars/ relay names/track circuit details/ rack nos etc as instructed by site engineer. All necessary materials such as paint of differnet colours, thinner, brush, sand paper to be supplied by contractor. The unit "Number" shall be read as "Per Terminal"

Painting and numbering of EMC post with two coats of two colours of one feet each band 19 with enamel paint of approved quality make like Asian, Nicholson or Berger as directed by engineer in - charge at site. Paintings inside the assets are not included in the scope of this work. (Paint and all other items for the successful completion of work shall be supplied by the contractor)

Supply, Fabrication & erection of EMC post with emergency socket box in FRP material used in RE - area as per RDSO Spec.No.RDSO/SPN/TC/44/ 2002 Var.2 with amendment 2 or latest with six - pin emergency socket as per RDSO specification No.IRS:TC 42 - 87 with amendment - 2 or latest. The EMC post shall be fabricated by welding a rail post of suitable size with a MS base plate of 8mm thickness, 300mm x 300 mm size at the bottom and spot welding 40mm dia GI pipe of 1800 mm length for cable entry as per drawing No. OFC/2002/14 Alt-1. The EMC post should be buried to a depth of 1m 20 and concreted for a size of 450 mm x450mm x 300mm. This work includes fixing of emergency socket box on rail post and also wiring as per the instruction of railway engineer at site. This also includes painting of emergency socket post with alternate yellow and black strips of 6 inches width, painting of socket boxes with grey colour paint and painting of telephone emblem on every hectometer posts with arrow indicating the nearest EMC Post. The painting should be of standard quality and 2 coats should be applied. Rail posts of different lengths for EMC post will be supplied by railways and the contractor has to cut the rail post to suitable size, fabricate and transport it to the site. The EMC socket & box as per specification, MS plate of size 300x300x8mm, GI pipe of 40mm dia/ 1.8m long, all the fixing bolts & paint, cement, sand and all other miscellaneous material required for the work shall be supplied by contractor.

Provision of EMC box with 6 pin socket on existing EMC post. EMC box will be supplied by Railways.

Attending of Slanting EMC post/ not working EMC post by digging and drawing of obscured derivation cable in the existing location without damaging the base plate. Cable to be taken out up to the 22 required length and to be properly terminated in the EMC socket as per the instruction of Railway representative at the site and proper alignment of EMC post done. After completion of the above work, the EMC post to be buried to the depth of 1 meter. The necessary materials required for the work to be supplied by the contractor.

Supply and provision of Thermo Shrink Jointing Kit (RDSO spec No: TC/22/2012 rev.3 with 23 amendment No.1 & 2 or latest (jointing kit to be inspected by RDSO) for 4/6 quad cable normal joint. The work includes excavation of joint pit of size 1mx1.5mx1.5m and closing the same after completion of cable joint as per the instruction of Railway representative at site. (inspection by RDSO)
