Excavation of OFC cable joint pit and provision of RCC joint Loop chambers of 1.2 mtrs dia, 60cm height and 50mm thickness with 2 pieces top and bottom cover with holes for drainages (reinforcement as per DRG. No. OFC/2009/17). This includes filling up of sand complete in the joint chamber after cable laying, back filling and consolidation of soil around the chamber, disposal of excess soil as per plan or as advised by railway engineering site.(Inspection by Consignee)

Provision of Tie-bar Fencing arrangement for the protection of location boxes ( Tie-bar set Size 1.5x2.5m ) -The work involves excavation of pit to a depth of 800mm from surface & minimum diameter of200mm, erection of iron channel inside the pit and concreting the pit to minimum height of 400 mm from the bottom. The work further involves fixing the steel tie-bar fencing 4 sets, fastening with suitable GI bolts and nuts, painting entire fencing with one coat of aluminium paint. The resultant pit shall be covered with earth and consolidated by ramming and levelling. (Minimum provision would be provision of 4sets of tie-bar fencing that includes gate and 5 iron channels - 10 mtrs perimeter)(Cement, River sand, Stone jelly of size20/25 mm, paint , bolts and nuts shall be supplied by the contractor) Unit -Meters(Tiebar sets, Iron channels will be supplied by the Railways).

Concreting on Railway cables/S&T gears with 1:3:6 good quality of cement, sand, 5 stone chips to be used for concreting purpose of Size 12mm approx massonary work. All materials required for execution of the work will be supplied by firm as per site engineer. This includes water curing of Concreted portion fpr minimum 3 days. Associated work of digging etc .. to be done by Contractor.

Supply of PVC insulated armoured unscreened underground Railway signalling copper cable of size 24Cx1.5sq.mm as per ROSO specification no. IRS-63/2014(REV 4.0) or Latest. (Inspection by RDSO)

Blowing/Drawing of OFC cable in the permanently solid lubricated-HDPE telecom pipe (33mm Inner dia) This work includes conducting necessary duct integrity test for solid lubricated HDPE pipe.

Supply & Laying of OFC HDPE pipe for 24F (33 mm inner dia, 40 mm outer dia) as per Specification No.RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 with revision 2 or latest with accessories including Adequate 8 No. of plastic couplers. Two Nos each of end plug, cable sealing plug and end cap shall be supplied along with each coil One number of Duct cutter, C spanner and chamfering tool shall be supplied as per RDSO spec'n. HDPE duct coil length shall be 1000 meter +5%, -2%. (Standard length with Tolerance as RDSO spec.) (Inspection by Consignee).

Supply and installing of Optical fibre Cable joint closure conforming to TEC Spec No. TEC GR/TX/OJC/002/03 April 2010 or latest and splicing of Optica fibre cable (24 fibres) and testing of fibres for 1310 & 1550 nm (Inspection by Consignee)

Supply and provision of normal joint using heat shrinkable jointing kit complete for 6 10 quad cable normal joint conforming to RDSO spec. No.77/2012 (Rev.3) with latest amendment. The work includes excavation of joint pit and closing the same after completion of cable joint as per the instructions of Railway representative at site. Heat shrinkable jointing kit and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor. (Inspection by RDSO)

Supply of optical power meter as per specification in the tender document with OEM test report and warranty certificate (Inspection by Consignee).

Supply of OFC cable 24 fibre armoured as per RDSO specification No.IRS:TC/110/2006 Rev.l with amendment No.3 or Latest. the materials to be procured from RDSO approved vender. (Inspection by RDSO)

Supply of Telecom Cable jelly filled underground telecom 6 quad, 0.9mm dia Railway signal and telecom copper conductor to specn. No. IRS.TC/30/2005 Ver. 1 with amendment 5 or latest. (Inspection by RDSO)
