Note: LTUG Cables only will be supplied by Railways.

Fabrication, Supply and fixing of Cable fixing clamps of suitable sizes made out of MS 8 flat of 40mm x 6mm size including painting suitable for clamping/fixing of LTUG cables on the walls/ building/ sheds/ shelters etc., using bolts and nuts as desired by Section Engineer-in-charge at site

Supply ,Fabrication & Fixing of MS bracket made up of 40 x 12 mm flat including 9 fasteners, pin/shackle insulator etc of suitable size to hold 4 cables and one earth wire over the earth stud as per Drg No: CEE/CN/MS/15-2004 in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer incharge at Site.

Supply and fixing of LT Shackle insulator conforming to IS 1445:1977 and complete with all the other accessories. Note:This includes supply and fixing of GI bolts of 10 mm dia with nuts and washers.

Supply and stringing of Overhead Ariel mains with PVC insulated fire retardant,Low Smoke single core, copper cable of 6 sqmm (7/0.041' or 7/1.04mm) size, conforming to IS.694,1100 V 11 grade on the already fixed shackle insulators including binding, single run,This shall be run in five wire combination for feeding power supply to lighting and fan arrangements. This shall also be used for running of earth wire for both fan & Light circuits and 24 Hours supply. Note:5 runs of 6 sqmm copper cable added together shall be taken as 1m for measurement purpose.

Fixing testing and commissioning of 20W LED light fitting with Polycarbonate/Metallic Body with operating voltage 150-270V, IP-20 with LED Batten and Tube complete against 12 manufacturing defects. Fitting shall be fixed in the platform shelter, FOB, walls, ceiling with suitable clamping arrangement including wiring by 3 C x 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed round flexible copper cable in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. (Note: Necessary LED Light fittings will be supplied by Railways)

Fixing testing and commissioning of 40W LED light fitting with Polycarbonate/Metallic Body with operating voltage 150-270V, IP-20 with LED Batten and Tube complete against 13 manufacturing defects. Fitting shall be fixed in the platform shelter, FOB, walls, ceiling with suitable clamping arrangement including wiring by 3 C x 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed round flexible copper cable in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. (Note: Necessary LED Light fittings will be supplied by Railways)

Fixing, testing and commissioning of BLDC fan including supply and fixing of suitable fan hook, clamp with accessories and wiring by 3 C X 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed copper flexible cable. (Note: BLDC fan only will be supplied by Railways.)

Supply, erection and testing of L.T. Earthing arrangements duly stencilling of earth 15 resistance value along with date as per Drg. no. CEE/CN/MS/16-2004, including supply and spreading of salt and charcoal 5 kgs in each for earth treatment etc , including supply / leading / laying / burying and concealing of 4 SWG GI wire from earth electrode to proposed MDB / SDB or elsewhere in an approved manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and installation of Cable tray of Size 300mmx50mm height using50x50x6mm 16 angles of perforated cable trays with perforation not more than17.5% fabricated out of Mild steel conforming to IS 2062/1079 and Hot dip galvanized as perIS2629/4759(galvanizing not less than80 microns) in convenient sections, jointed with connectors complete in an approved manner and as directed by the Engineer-in charge at site. Note:This item requires RITES Inspection prior to supply.

Supply and Installation of Junction Boxes, pipes & flexible conduit of FRP JB (IP 65) Size:260x210x116 mm with stud type terminal suitable for terminating 2 nos of 16/25 sqmm armoured cable,The junction box should be 2.7 mm thick with electrically insulated body shock proof, connector leads and control equipped with 1 nos 16 Amps rewirable fuse and its necessary cutout. 17 The box should be of front door opening with rubber gasket to make it water tight. The junction box shall be vermin proof having rubber bushes at cable entry. the junction box shall be mounted on pole/wall etc at the height of 1.50 mtrs or as per site condition by providing MS clamps of suitable size. Color of junction box shall be got approved before erection. The junction box shall be erected in an approved manner as per the site condition and instruction of Engineer in charge at site. Note: This item requires RITES Inspection prior to supply.

Supply, Erection, testing & commissioning of SMC box 150x150x150mm with 1 No in 18 each of 6A strip connector, 16 A porcelain fuse carrier & ceiling rose including locking arrangements, internal wiring and MS clamp for fixing arrangements on existing stanchion/portal/column/wall as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring (Single phase) including termination by 2 runs of 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cables for phase and neutral and 1 run of 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated flexible copper cable for earth through existing PVC pipes already laid complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and fixing of PVC conduits (IVORY colour) of 20mm Dia confirming to 20 IS:9537/P3/1983 or latest(ISI Marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm, all accessories on existing wall/stanchion/portal/column and clamped at regular intervals as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and fixing of PVC conduits (IVORY colour) of 25mm Dia confirming to 21 IS:9537/P3/1983 or latest(ISI Marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm, all accessories on existing wall/stanchion/portal/column and clamped at regular intervals as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring including termination by 3 nos. of 4 sq mm PVC insulated flexible 22 copper cable conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade through the existing PVC pipe already laid, Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site (3 nos. of 4 sq mm copper cable wire shall be taken as 1 m for measurement purpose)

Supply, fixing testing and commissioning of Plug and socket enclosure 20A DP-1 No with i) metal clad plug 20A -1 No ,ii)Metal clad socket 20A -1 No, iii)20A ELCB-1 No complete including internal wiring to be fixed in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and fixing of IP66 class powder coated metallic cable looping box of 250 x 300 24 x 150 mm size made of CRCA draw quality sheet steel 1.2 mm thickness similar to BCH make BIL 60020 with suitable fixing arrangement on wall/structures. The rate includes provision of hylum sheet of suitable size and 1 no of 100A 4 way terminal connectors and 2 nos of cable glands of suitable size as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

SETC of wall mounting mobile charging unit consisting of 6 Way Modular box with 10 A SP Mini MCB with i) 2.1 A USB Charging point - 4 Nos ii) 2.1 A (TYPE-C) Charging point - 1 No, Rack 25 Type Charging Station suitable for charging multiple no. of devices simultaneously (Min 5 Nos). The Unit should include in built MS stand/tray to hold min 5 numbers of mobile phones under charge. Enclosure material made of mild steel and powder coated including internal wiring by 2.5 sq.mm multistrand copper in an approved manner as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Removing of existing Lamp Standard post/Rail post by Cutting including transporting to Railway stores and stocking complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Dismantling of existing wiring of light point,5A plug point,15A plug point, call bell point & FL fittings, Fans with tube and handing over to Consignee store with proper challan.
