Casting the Pre cast RCC Bed Block M.25 mix as per the approved plan at the nominated place 4 near bridge location with controlled concrete as per the design including centering, shuttering, Levelling the ground, curing etc confirming to IS specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (All labour, materials, tools and plants, consumable stores, etc., excluding the cost of cement and steel are to be supplied by the tenderer/contractor at his own cost)

Erection of precast bed blocks by suitable capacity road cranes under line block/ power block etc,. Duly preparing and leveling the bearing area over abutment/pier with a layer of CI boring matrix to a thickness not exceeding 25mm and as directed by engineer in charge including cranes with standby crane of required 5 capacity, men, materials labour, tools & plants consumable, hiring of crane and other related materials required for erection should be arranged by the contractor only( one of the released girder may be used as lifting beam duly fixing hooks at appropriate location by welding which should be done by contractor only)(all labour tools equipments and other consumable stores such as cement, CI borings road crane, crew, fuel are to be supplied by tenderer/contrator only at his own rik)(all labour, tools, materials,road vehicles, consumable stores, crew etc., are to be supplied by the contractor only at his own cost. Supply of Completion Drawing as per work done at site in Ao /A1 size in scale of 1:100 showing the details of Plan, Elevation, Longitudinal section and Cross section of completed bridge, The Completion 7 Drawing to be prepared in auto CAD and supply in tracing paper in good quality tracing paper after checked by the SE/Drg , bridge section of this office along with site details signed by the SE/Works & ADEN. All men and materials & conveyance etc by the contractor. Payment will be made after getting approval of drawings from competent authority.

Collecting, Supply and stacking of 50 mm size hard Machine crushed Stone Ballast conforming to specification laid down in Specification for track Ballast 1999 (IRS GE-1) issued By RDSO as amended up to date, 8 from approved quarries outside railway limit and stacking at correct location in specified quantity as approved by engineer in Ballast depot at PTJ, KEY, LP & PALM for measurement including leveling and clearance of stacking area with all lead and lift etc., with all contractors labour, machinery, tool plant, road lorry consumables etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Leading and dumping of Earth into track including all lead and lift etc., (All labour, materials tools and plants etc are to be supplied by the tenderer/contractor only at his own cost).

Drilling holes in 52 kg/60kg rails (MM or 90 UTS) either in the track or outside the track to correct dia, spacing and alignment with contractor's own drilling equipment, consumables, labour, etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all lead and lift etc., complete - 32 m diametre.

Welding of rail joints 52kg / 60kg by SKV process under Railway's supervision and or under RDSO approved welding agency fixed by Railway as per Railway manual of fushion welding of Rails by Alumino Thermic process 1998 and IRS-T-1994 corrected upto date with Railway supply of equipment, welding portion with accessories with Railway's welder including preparation of rail ends for welding, creating appropriate gaps for welding, fixing of moulds, clamps, prehating equipment, grinding of welds to required tolerence and painting of weld collur with epoxy paint as provided in the welding manual duly aligning and stringing the free rails/3 rails/10 rail panels in track or cess, lifting and supporting the rails / panels on wooden blocks to create working space, 15 respacing of sleepers before welding, removing fish plates with bolts and nuts, ERC, liners, rubber pad, key, etc., to facilitate longitudinal movement and refixing them after the welding duly greasing the ERC, respacing the sleepers after welding, packing and and providing necessary closure rails with fish plates and allow traffic duly supporting new welds on wooden blocks including shifting of welding equipment from one place to another as directed by Enginner-in-charge with all contractor lobour, tools and plants, consumables such as petrol and kerosene and look out men at his own cost. The cost inclusive of supply of labour (Minimum 6 Nos) for execution of welding work and assisting welding party. Incase of welding on cess the welds shall be supported at least on wooden blcoks on either side to prevent longitudinal / vertical movement. (All labour, materials, tools and plants, consumable stores are to be supplied by the tenderer/contractor at his own cost) Per Track

Transportation of 52kg/90R Cl.II rails , sleepers , Steel crips, etc from any where in Southern 17 Railway to working spot including loading anywhere in Southern Railway and unloading into contractors own road vehicle by using contractors crane and stacking neatly in a countable manner clear of infringement at the at nominated locations as per the instruction of Engineer incharge at site including road vehicle with crew , fuel , etc., aare to be provided by the tenderer / Contractor at his own cost.
