Supply and fixing of cable route indicator made of cast iron plate type as per specification in drawing No.CEE/CN/MS/11-2004 complete in an approve manner and as directed by engineer in charge at site.

Labour charges for Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG power cables upto and 8 including the size of 50 sq.mm in the excavated trench/on Building walls/Sheds/Shelters etc., as per IS No:1255 as directed by Engineer in charge at site. Note: LTUG Cables only will be supplied by Railways.

Labour charges for Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG power cables size of 9 above 50 sq.mm and upto 240 sq.mm in the excavated trench/on Building walls/Sheds/Shelters etc., as per IS No:1255 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site. (Note: Required LTUG Cable will be supplied by Railways.)

Laying of 50 mm Dia PE 80 and PN 10 HDPE pipes in the excavated trench, on walls or on platform shelter etc., including suitable fixing arrangement complete in a manner as directed by Section Engineer-in-charge at site. Note: Necessary HDPE Pipe only will be supplied by Railways

Laying of 110 mm Dia PE 63 PN 4 HDPE pipes in the excavated trench, on walls or on platform shelter etc., including suitable fixing arrangement complete in a manner as directed by Section Engineer-in-charge at site. Note: Necessary HDPE only will be supplied by Railways.

Fabrication, Supply and fixing of Cable fixing clamps of suitable sizes made out of MS flat of 40mm x 6mm size including painting suitable for clamping/fixing of LTUG cables on the walls/ building/ sheds/ shelters etc., using bolts and nuts as desired by Section Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply and running of Aerial Mains on the roof truss by 4 numbers of PVC insulated 13 FRLS copper cables of size 7/16 SWG conforming to IS.No:694, 1100 V grade, and 1 number of 8 SWG solid electrolytic copper wire, including fixing. (4 Nos of copper cables each of 1 m & 1 no. of 8 SWG electrolytic copper wire of 1 m length are taken as 1 m for measurement purpose.)

Supply ,Fabrication & Fixing of MS bracket made up of 40 x 12 mm flat including 14 fasteners, pin/shackle insulator etc of suitable size to hold 4 cables and one earth wire or 5 cables over the earth stud as per Drg No: CEE/CN/MS/15-2004 in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer incharge at Site.

Supply, fixing testing and commissioning of 150W LED industrial High bay IP 66 conforming to IS:16107(Part-2)/2012,Opearting voltage 230V AC and frequency 50 Hz, luminaire Efficacy >/=150 Lumens/watts,6000 K colour temperature, toughened glass with lens complete in 15 epoxy black powder coated extruded aluminium housing after phosphochromate treated, cable entry via PG Gland for maintaining ingress protection, suspended by means of heavy duty aluminium die cast hook provided with the fixture including wiring by 3C x 1.0 sqmm PVC insulated & sheathed round flexible copper cable in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site. The Warranty for the LED Light fitting will be 5 years and the payment condition will be followed as per Special condition-II para no:31.

Supply and fixing of Cable looping box made out of 14 SWG Mild Steel Sheet of 16 300mm x 200mm x250mm size procided with 4 numbers of copper bus bar each of 40mm x x6mm x size and 100 mm long mounted on SMC/DMC Insulator complete in an approved manner with suitable fixing arrangement in stanchion/wall/shelter etc as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Fixing, testing and commissioning of Wall mounting type Air circulator fan 450mm 17 including supply connection from ceiling rose using 3 C X 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed fire retardant low smoke copper flexible cable complete including suitable fixing arrangement in stanchion/wall/shelter etc in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site. (Note:Wall mounting fan only will be supplied by Railways.)

Fabrication, Supply and fixing of integrated socket cum bus assembly within a sheet steel enclosure of 3 mm thickness with one in each of metal clad plug socket of 63A rating (5 pin type),metal clad plug of 63A rating (5 pin type),0-100A Ammeter, wide dial square flush,96mm x 96mm size type similar to catalogue reference number SIF-96 of AE make, FP MCCB of 63A rating 18 and 25 kA rupturing capacity at 415 volt with fixed magnetic & thermal setting similar to catalogue reference number SKB7 of STANDARD make and one number of ELCB of 63A and 300mA sensitivity similar to catalogue reference number 602134 of MDS make, including four number of copper bus bar of 50mm x 6mm size, each of 250mm long, for looping of cables including internal wiring as per drawing number CEE/CN/MS/40-2004 in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring including termination for lights, fans and calling bell points etc. by 2 20 nos. of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) flexible copper cable, conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade, and 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through existing PVC pipes already laid including, three plate ceiling rose and other accessories. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site.(Up to 3 m long points).

Supply and wiring including termination for lights, fans and calling bell points etc. by 2 21 nos. of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) flexible copper cable, conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade,and 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through existing PVC pipes already laid including, three plate ceiling rose and other accessories. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site.(Above 3 m and up to and including 7 m long points).

Supply and wiring including termination for lights, fans and calling bell points etc. by 2 22 nos. of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) flexible copper cable, conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade, and 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through existing PVC pipes already laid including, three plate ceiling rose and other accessories. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site (Above 7 m long points).

Supply and fixing of PVC conduits of 25 mm Dia confirming to IS:9537/P3/1983 or 23 latest(ISI Marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0 mm along with, all accessories like bend,junction box etc on wall surfaces and clamped at regular intervals as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and concealing of rigid PVC conduits of 20 mm Dia confirming to IS 24 9537/P3/1983 or latest (ISI marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0mm along with the all accessories like bend,junction box etc and including cutting the wall/ceiling/chipping and re plastering the same as good condition as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and concealing of rigid PVC conduits of 25 mm Dia confirming to IS 25 9537/P3/1983 or latest (ISI marked) with wall thickness not less than 2.0mm along with the all accessories like bend,junction box etc and including cutting the wall/ceiling/chipping and re plastering the same as good condition as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring (3 Phase) including termination by 4 nos of 10.0 sqmm PVC 26 insulated fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) flexible copper cable conforming to IS No:694,1100V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through existing PVC pipes already laid. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site.(4 nos of 10.0 sqmm copper cable and 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire shall be taken as 1 m for measurement purpose.)

Supply and wiring (single phase) including termination by 2 nos. of 2.5 sqmm PVC 27 insulated FRLS type flexible copper cable conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through PVC conduit already fixed by concealed/open manner. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site(2 nos. of 2.5 sqmm copper cable wire and 1 No of 14 SWG tinned copper shall be taken as 1 Mtr for measurement purpose).

Supply and wiring (single phase) including termination by 2 nos. of 4 sqmm PVC 28 insulated FRLS type flexible copper cable conforming to IS. No: 694, 1100 V grade with 1 no of 14 SWG tinned copper wire through PVC conduit already fixed by concealed/open manner. Color coding shall be followed as directed by Engineer in charge at site(2 nos. of 4 sqmm copper cable wire and 1 No of 14 SWG tinned copper shall be taken as 1 Mtr for measurement purpose).

Fixing, testing and commissioning of BLDC fan 1200mm sweep in the existing fan 29 hook including wiring with 3 C X 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed copper flexible cable complete in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. (Note: BLDC fan only will be supplied by Railways.)

Fixing, testing and commissioning of 20 watts LED light. Fitting shall be fixed with 30 Round block with patterns on side wall/ceiling with TW round blocks including wiring by 3 C x 1.0 sqmm PVC insulated & sheathed round flexible copper cable in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. (Note: Necessary LED Light fittings will be supplied by Railways)

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of 9W LED type Bulk Head fitting,IP65 luminaires with opal diffuser suitable fixing arrangement on the wall duly supplying supporting 31 arrangements etc., and wiring from ceiling rose to light fitting by 3C x 1.0 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) flexible copper cable complete to be done by contractor in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site. The Warranty for the LED Light fitting will be 5 years and the payment condition will be followed as per Special condition-II para no:31.

Fixing, testing and commissioning of Exhaust fan 300mm sweep including wall 32 opening, fixing of frame and plastering as required for housing. Exhaust fan including wiring with 3C x 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed copper flexible cable. Note: Necessary Exhaust fan only will be supplied by Railways.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of 12 way modular switch box with concealed metallic flush box as base, mounting plate confirming to latest IS specification complete in an approved manner. The boxes are to be fixed firmly after doing the following works at the location 33 where the boxes are to be fixed: (1) Required opening for fixing the modular metallic switch box to be made by cutting the wall without causing major damage to wall (2) Unwanted projections are to be chipped and the wall surface is to be made even, (3) The wall surface is to be plastered to the present level of the wall surrounding the board. (4) The gap between box and wall surface to be filled with suitable filling material.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of 06 way modular switch box with concealed metallic flush box as base, mounting plate confirming to latest IS specification complete in an approved manner. The boxes are to be fixed firmly after doing the following works at the location 34 where the boxes are to be fixed:(1) Required opening for fixing the modular metallic switch box to be made by cutting the wall without causing major damage to wall (2) Unwanted projections are to be chipped and the wall surface is to be made even, (3) The wall surface is to be plastered to the present level of the wall surrounding the board. (4) The gap between box and wall surface to be filled with suitable filling material.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of 1 way 6A modular switch 35 confirming to latest IS specification complete on the appropriate modular switch boxes already erected including internal wiring connection in the modular switch box complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of 1 way 16A modular switch 36 confirming to latest IS specification complete on the appropriate modular switch boxes already erected including internal wiring connection in the modular switch box complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of modular type socket 6Asocket, 37 2/3Pin, flush type confirming to latest IS specification complete on the appropriate modular boxes already erected including internal wiring connection and earth connection to earth terminal in switch board by 1.5sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of modular type socket 16Asocket, 38 5/3Pin, flush confirming to latest IS specification complete on the appropriate modular boxes already erected including internal wiring connection by 4.0sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor and earth connection to earth terminal in switch board by 1.5sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction.

Supply at site, fixing, testing and commissioning of Dummy plate suitable for modular box mentioned in the schedule No; 34,35 wherever required with necessary fixing by suitable screws & nuts in approved manner as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site.

Fixing, testing and commissioning of 16W LED light fittings, IP 65 in pitline /catwalk 40 with required masonary work rag bolts and nuts complete complete in an approved manner as per the section in charge's instruction. Note: Necessary LED Light fitting only will be supplied by the Railways.

Design, fabrication, supply and erection of control panel unit for 24 V DC supply consisting of 3 nos of SMPS units with enclosed sheet steel enclosure with all connected safety accessories as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply, Fixing, testing and commissioning of 40 W LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing operated on 100-285V,50Hz,PF-95 cool white colour, Toughened glass with lens, constant current LED Driver with THD of less than 10% beam angle 90 degree, 42 lumens per watt minimum 120 and above, to be fixed on octagonal poles/wall with bracket made out of suitable GI pipe (B class).The light fitting should be reputed make having IP66 protection with a minimum warranty of 5 years (Warranty certificate should be submitted). The Warranty for the LED Light fitting will be 5 years and the payment condition will be followed as per Special condition-II para no: 31.

Supply and fixing SPN MCB 40A, Battery charging terminal(BCT) with 3mm thick MS enclosure for each MCB and BCT and suitable clamping arrangement complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.(For Battery charger)

Supply at site, erection, testing & commissioning of vertical Flush/wall mounting type , powder coated sheet steel , SPN MCB 16 Way distribution board phosphatised and powder coated, double door with supply and fixing of 1 Nos. of 40 amps DP RCBO with 10 KA short circuit capacity, as incoming control with 12 Nos. of 6-32 amps SP MCBs with 10 KA breaking capacity as outgoing 45 control, including internal wiring by suitable wire and incoming cable termination using suitable terminal block with suitable cable gland, earthing / neutral din channel complete with all accessories duly making necessary opening on the wall and masonry work for controlling power/lighting/fan circuits in each building in an approved manner as directed by the section in charge at site.. Note: 1.Bi-metallic washers must be provided for AL & Cu joints and for others GI bolts, Nuts & washers must be used. 2.Cable termination shall be using GI bolts & nuts with flat and spring washers &lugs invariably. 3. Board shall be fixed in concealed manner.

Supply and erection of 5m long, GI, octagonal lamp post with one meter length single arm. The price offered shall be inclusive of the cost of pole(5Mtr), bracket/top cover, arm, foundation, SMC sheet with strip connector & Fuse unit, foundation bolt and base plate. The octagonal poles shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed asper IS 875. The bracket shall be suitable for the fixing the canopy of water tight lamp fitting directly. The poles shall be manufactured from special HT steel confirming to grade S355JO having 3 mm thick. The pole shall be of continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. The pole shall have a minimum dia of 130mm at bottom and 70 mm at top. The welding shall be done by submerged Arc welding process. The pole shall be provided with a base plate of size200mm X 200mm X 12mm of Fe 410grade steel confirming to IS 226/IS2062 with provision for fixing foundation bolts. This base plate shall be fillet welded to the pole shaft from inside and outside. The pole shall be provided with 4 numbers of foundation bolt confirming to EN-8 grade of 16mmdia. The foundation bolt shall have minimum length of 600mm. The pole with base shall be hot dip galvanized both internally and externally having uniform thickness not less than 70microns. Hot dip galvanizing shall be done after fabrication in single dipping method. The galvanization shall be done as per IS 2629 / IS 26336/IS4759. Section having circumferential joints will be rejected. The pole shall be provided with a suitable arrangement for fixing terminal box inside the pole. The terminal box shall be protected with500 mm long reinforced and weatherproof door. The door shall be provided with internal locking arrangement and with chain arrangement and gasket. The pole shall be manufactured in an ISO 9001, 2000 & ISO 14001 certified fabrication unit to ensure consistent quality. The pole foundation shall be erected strictly as per pole manufactures design, including excavation of earth, supply of concrete of all types, provision of reinforcement steel rods of sizes including fabrication and binding and supply and insertion of PVC pipe of 63 mm OD at 1.0 m per foundation. This also includes provision of foundation bolts already supplied in the required PCD. The price offered shall be inclusive of the cost of erection charges including Supply and fixing of 16 A Bakelite fuse unit, 20 A SMC Connector on 5mm thick SMC sheet inside the octagonal poles and labour charges for terminating the incoming cable in the octagonal pole. The fuse unit and other accessories shall be conforming to relevant IS Specifications. The cable shall be terminated with suitable cable lugs to avoid loose connection in future. Octagonal poles shall be erected to plumb on the concrete foundation already provided using 'J'foundation bolts already supplied and embedded in the concrete foundation. This includes assembly of all the bracket arms supplied as per standard. The technical particulars shall be obtained from the manufacturer showing the compliance of the specification and documentary proof towards certification of ISO 9001-2000/ISO14001 for the manufacturing unit shall be submitted for obtaining the approval. The octagonal post shall be supplied only after obtaining the approval. (Note: Supply of octagonal pole is inclusive of pole, bracket arms, base plate, foundation bolts, required fasteners for assembling, terminal block with rewirable fuse units etc. Cable gland to be provided inside the pole complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Wiring of light points through octagonal pole with 3 core 1.5 sq.mm wire. The price offered shall be inclusive of the cost of 1.5 sq mm wire PVC insulated copper cable three numbers one for phase, one for neutral and one for earth or 3 core 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper cable 47 confirming to IS 694 for extending the power supply from the terminal box to the lamps erected on the pole. No intermediate joints will be permitted in copper cable. The price offered shall be inclusive of the cost of labour charges required for wiring the lamp post. If the pole is fitted with double arm arrangement for providing two light fittings, Two sets of cable shall be provided. Measurement will be taken as two for double arm lamp post whereas measurement for this item will be counted as one when pole is equipped with single light fitting.

Supply, ,testing and commissioning of Astronomical Timer street light control unit of 48 dimension 45x60x90 mm, IP 54 protection, GPS,GPRS network communication support,12 manually stable programme timer with per phase over voltage, under voltage protection etc with minimum warranty of two years complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

CEE/CN/MS/16-2004, including supply and spreading of salt and charcoal 5 kgs in each for earth treatment etc , including supply / leading / laying /burying and concealing of 4 SWG GI wire from earth electrode to proposed MDB / SDB or elsewhere in an approved manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site.
